Our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days of the year. We placed a call and they came within minutes. Got us up and running. So thankful for the great service and friendly techs. Will call them next time.

Our heat stopped working on Christmas Eve. Tony came out shortly after I called and he was able to get our heat back on after thawing a pipe. Thank you very much for taking time out of your Holiday and coming to our rescue!

Getting a hold of somebody is almost impossible. You call the number listed and no one ever answers you leave messages and nobody gets back to you. Finally learned to call right away in morning before the leave the shop for the day. Finally got somebody to come out and give me a quote and when I called back to give the okay to have work completed they told me it would be a week or so and someone would call me, which was was fine. A week and a half went by and did not hear from anyone. I called them 6 more times before I got somebody to answer. After finally getting some know to answer I was told it would be at least another 2 weeks because other jobs came up. So what I took from that was my job was not important enough for them. I asked them to give me a better time frame from that as I hAve already waited and he said that was the best he could do for me take it or leave it. Guy that came out to house for quote was very nice and knowledgeable. I looked forward to getting my work done with them, but after my experience I will never call them again.
