Great Jones County Fair

Was a great time. Got free tickets to see Creed.
Beggars can’t be choosers but damn I would’ve rather paid for tickets to have a seat.
I wore the wrong shoes to the show and had tickets for the track. My feet were smoked before Creed hit the stage.
But the show was fun. Tons of food vendors selling typical state fair and carnival food.
Bunch of carny rides too of course.
Beers were reasonably priced.
10/10. Would go again.

A hidden gem county fair. This venue is awesome. I would recommend that if you are looking for a place that has good acts and a great atmosphere, this should be on your list. It's not the greatest video or picture.

We came from NW Iowa (4 hours away) to the Creed concert this year. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never heard of the Jones County Fair, we were blown away. There is so much packed into the fairgrounds here, it seems to be the flavor of Minnesota State Fair (beer, food, and friends) with a touch of Iowa county fair. The amount of people this fair brings in is incredible. They have the beer game figured out, stand for ID check, stand for beer money cards, beer stands in the GA track spots; everything moved so smooth. I will keep the Jones County Fair website in my favorites to keep an eye on next years shows. This place has it going on.

One of the best small county fairs you’ll find! They always have the best entertainment; saw Lainey this year and it was amazing!

I live in a city, which is one of the county seats in Oklahoma that has roughly 100,000 population in the city, not including the county population. It also includes one of the largest military bases in the country and we have nothing comparable to your county fair in our county. You guys up this away are blessed to have such an Great County Fair Grounds. The stadium in which you held your concerts at the fair grounds was awesome, the fireworks at the end of the concert were awesome. The food vendors and rides were great and the people were awesome. The state of Iowa and Jones County are what America is made of!!! Thanks again for the hospitality. God Bless Iowa and God Bless America!!!

The concert was amazing, decent price for the beer. Food vendors were pricey. Great fair to go to...

First time visiting the fair grounds. It’s a nice clean family place. Had a blast at the Luke combs concert. Plenty of seating for events and a awesome stage area. Was very easy to navigate to where we needed to go. Seats have numbers. Clean facility’s and well maintained yard. Will be back next year and years to come.

Awesome Shinedown was playing and it was great. Good rides, good games yeah.

Got to visit the Beautiful Kathryn Bach and Daisy Duke this past weekend with the Hot Rod and Car Show!!

Traveled from out of state to come to the Luke Bryan concert with my fiance. Very nice venue! Lots of good food selections and beers outside the beer tent were nice! Will be back for future shows at Jones County Fair!

Loved it! First time here but I will return!

Year after year, this fair is the tops. I love the food choices, entertainment, and concerts. The staff is friendly and helpful. The carnival is clean, fun, and priced as you'd expect. The concerts are some of my very favorite. Great music under the stars? Yes, please and I'll take some more!

Parking kind of a premium, and $12-$15 gate admission? WTH? Already paid for concert tickets. Concerts done well from what I’ve seen, sound, lights, etc. and fine choices for entertainment

The Great Jones County Fair was Excellent. I went to see Kane Brown in concert. He put on a great show!! I would see him again. He is so Handsome!! Jones County Fair always gets the Best entertainment. Can not wait until I hear who they have planned for next year so I can come again. 😊

This was my first visit to The Great Jones County Fair after having lived in eastern Iowa for 18 years. We went with extended family to the Casting Crowns concert. First, the kids area is amazing! Tons of engaging activities... play dough, Legos, painting, a corn "sandbox," face painting, balloon artist, magician! We had a variety of good food - huge shout out to the cheese curds vendor! They were AMAZING!! And the concert was wonderful! We actually sat in the free bleacher seats and felt like we saw and heard everything really well. We'll definitely be back to this fair!!

Always have awesome concerts

Lots of events take place here. The Great Jones County Fair is the biggest and best ever! The entertainment is great from4 year olds racing motocross to 4H exhibits to many benders to all varieties of live entertainment on stage. If you haven't been there you should try it sometime!

Just wanted to thank the Great Jones County Fair Board for their great efforts they go through to put on such a great fair. The Wisconsin Campers had a great time again this year and we are looking forward to coming next year. Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. You all are very pleasant to work with. Keep up the great work! See you soon in 2018!

Traveled from Chicago for the concerts. Fair extremely well laid out and planned. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Especially all the staff involved with entering In the concert. Wish I had gotten some of there names. Thank you to everyone there.
