Above & Beyond Home Health and Hospice

Above and Beyond does phenomenal work!! They truly do go above and beyond!! I would recommend them for any home health or hospice needs!

Above & Beyond has offered the upmost in professional and compassionate services for my Mother. I could not have asked for a better home health service, and now hospice care. In time of need, uncertainty and sickness, they do exactly what they say… they go Above & Beyond, not only for the patient but they have always offered me a shoulder to cry on, a word of encouragement and they are always available to me 24/7. And a special shout out to my team in Monticello, Iowa, thanks for all you do! Love you all!

The people we have met at Above and Beyond regarding our Mother entering Hospice have been great. They are very knowledgeable and respectful. This is all new to our family so hearing about the care she will receive is very positive.

Above & Beyond Home Health Care offers great service to help keep a loved one living in their own home. Dispensing medications, personal grooming, helping with meals and most importantly, companionship. They were instrumental in keeping my mother in law in her home longer! Highly recommend!

We have used the services for both my brother and currently, my father. They are so helpful and friendly and I am not sure we could have gone through what we did without them. These people are incredible , mom's nurse lynsey, bath aid (cna) Chelsea, Johanna and Meagan as well as Jim who comes to watch over mom, and the nurse who comes on days lyndsey is on vacation. I can't thank you all enough for everything you guy's do, i wouldn't be able to do this without all of you!
They are all so amazing, they don't even know how much they have made this experience possible.

Everyone we dealt with in the Hospice program were caring compassionate people. They helped our family through a loss of a dear person, making it a beautiful experience. They were professional & handled all the details.

Everyone of this Hospice team is knowledgeable and knows what to say @ the right time. Everyone from nursing, the social worker & bereavement coordinator does such a good job. I couldn't imagine going through this journey without them.

When faced with declining health of our dad, it was comforting to have their help and knowledge. They helped fill in the gaps so we could move forward with the end of life care

I've used Above and Beyond for many years and they are very compassionate. The Housekeeping staff is very trustworthy unlike others I have had.

They gave us the family "Peace of Mind". Thank you for all you do for our father who is in his last days.

I do not believe Above and Beyond is what it use to be. The nurses seemed short on time and supplies. The people we interacted with seemed like they wanted to care but did not have the time. We needed special supplies for my father and when we asked, we were made to feel as if we were asking too much. The once a week visits from the nurse were not enough. When we told the staff about the rapid deterioration of my father's condition it was met with a shrug. We switched to Mercy Hospice and experienced the dignity and respect my father and family deserved and the help we desperately needed.

I would not recommend Above & Beyond Hospice Care. They were under staffed and unable to provide supplies my sister (my father's primary caregiver)needed for our dying father.
