Very friendly and courteous staff!! Recently had replaced tires on a vehicle and had to have them re-torqued prior to an expected road trip.
Without an appointment, on a very busy day, I randomly stopped in and a service tech went well out of his way to come out to the parking lot and ensure all four tires were properly torqued.
Provided peace of mind and the guy was just awesome. Sorry, didn't catch his name.

We had a bad tear in the right rear tire just a few hours into a road trip out to Colorado. These people were close by, and had us back on the road with fresh rubber in less than an hour. For saving our vacation at a reasonable price, they get five stars in our books.

I’ve taken my vehicles here for over 20 years. It is the only repair shop I trust beyond an oil change. They give honest & excellent service. Not only is it the best auto repair shop, it is owned by an exceptional family that also gives back to the community.

Probably the most efficient service I’ve ever had on a vehicle. Went in for repair, wasn’t repairable, was offered a used replacement of the exact brand, for my BMW, which had very specific tires. Price was right, service was exceptional. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. These guys don’t mess around. Thanks.

Had a flat tire and they were able to get me in within an hour. The service was amazing, they worked so hard and quickly to get my car back on the road. So friendly and helpful!

Everyone that works there is so friendly and kind. They worked with my schedule to get me in for an appointment to change my tires since my back one had sprung a slow leak. They finished the whole service in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be returning here in the future for auto services!

This business is top notch and has gone above and beyond for our family! We have boys' driving and the repairs can be astronomical. Marion Tire is relatable to the customer and treated us like family. Coming from a small town, this kind of personal business, is hard to come by in larger community but Marion Tire hits this target. To the cheerful women at the desk, the knowledgable mechanics in the garage and the involved in operations owner, we are so thankful to be able to rely on you!

Super friendly staff, techs are excellent and thorough. I had a specific mechanical concern ahead of an alignment and the tech addressed it during his service as well as a perfect feeling steering wheel after his alignment.

Very happy with their service. Went in for a flat which was fixed quickly. And while they rotated my tires they found a second puncture in a different tire. With my roadside assistance it cost nothing! Friendly too

Troy and Katie and there staff are best place to take your vehicle they run a top notch shop with people who care about the work they are doing on your vehicle and there family owned and Troy and Katie give back alot to the community so don't like taking my car in for service but if needs it's go to Marion or Mt Veron tire for my service needs. Keep up the great work guys!
