Alana is great . When i was looking at getting hearing aids she went over the different options helped me figure out which would work best for me. no stress involved very relaxed . Ive gotten 3 couple sets from her as the technology has improved. Each time she explained the changes and help me decide if it made sense for me to change. Had a couple issues with my phone wasnt about the hearing aids she figured it out and showed me how to fix it. Always gets me in if i have an issue. Im sure all of the brands make you hear better . Its about the service for me Top notch.

Alana of Beltone is amazing she helped me from not being able to hear anything to being able to hear everything and is always so wonderful and helpful when I need help with my hearing aid I’m one that needs regular cleanings with them so when my insurance wouldn’t pay for them she helped me set up a payment plan so I could be taken care of when needed will definitely recommend her to anyone that needs hearing aids or any help in that area. He has had to return for numerous adjustments and she is always very helpful making sure they are fixed to his liking. He is very satisfied with her customer service. It's nice to hear that it still exist.

I live in Oelwein, and began my relationship with Beltone there. I was not happy with the outcome, so we decided to try another office. We chose the office in Cedar Rapids. Alana was God sent. She listened to my concerns, and then went right to work. Alana went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and could hear again. Beltone of Iowa has been amazing to work with. We went to the one on Center Point rd. I spoke with a few different people and they we all so amazing and helpful. My daughter normally goes to Iowa City, but they could not get her in for like 4 months. Beltone does not normally work with children, but they worked with me and got my daughter in right away. Cleaned her hearing aids and fit her for new molds. Some of the nicest people I have ever met and or worked with. Thank you all for caring for us.

I've had hearing aids for over 4 years now and purchased through this Beltone location. One of the things I like the most about this location is the consistency of quality care. Alana, the Beltone representative, is knowledgable about the products and truly cares that her clients can hear, and hear well. If there are issues, she is quick to handle them in a timely manner and always graciously and with a smile.

I’ve been a Beltone customer for about 5 years. Most of that time I’ve worked with Alana, the audiologist at the Center Point Road store. She has always greeted me with a friendly smile and has been extremely attentive to my hearing problems/needs. I recently lost a hearing aid and Alana had a replacement for it in 4 days. I’ve been very impressed with the service I’ve received and I’ll be a lifelong customer.

What an amazing difference Alana Wenger made in the life of my father! Through Alana's help my father who had been wearing hearing aids for 15+ years and not getting the correct assessment and service from another facility was able to get the correct equipment and knowlegde from Alana at Beltone. My father had not been hearing much for so long that it was impacting his cognitive ability due to the lack of stimulation of his brain from not hearing or communicating for years. Alana spent the time to assess his needs and explain what technology could do to improve his quality of life and the life of those around him. I have see in a few short months the difference in his cognitive thinking skills and the vast improvement of his ability to communicate with those around him. Alana was so caring and knowledgeable, this experience was 5 Stars! We have had many questions and Alana has always taken the time to answer them and look for ways to continue to improve his situation. Alana is extremely experienced with hearing lose. Very friendly, and patient helping me understand my hearing level and how to correct it with hearing aids. I highly recommend Beltane of Iowa .

comfortable and confident that she can deliver everything you expect . She is very knowledgeable and competent. She is very helpful and makes me feel I can come to her for any problem on my hearing aid anytime!
