Northland Self Storage

The storage units are clean and the owner was super nice. I was in a rush because I had to move out of my dorm due to the pandemic and I got the unit right away for a fair price. I will use this storage service again if I need to move. Additionally, I like that they started using security codes instead of keys because it allowed my roommate to easily move her stuff and I don't have to worry about losing a key.

I love these guys, not only are they VERY affordable but they are personable. Any time I've had a question no matter how small or large they always answer immediately, they are understandable and extremely polite. Anytime I know anyone is in need of storage I always recommend Northland. My only complaint is they need more units so when I send someone they have available units for them, but when your the best it's hard to be empty!

I called for a unit and was able to meet the owner the same day, she is very friendly and the unit was perfect for my needs!

Not having the owner on-site and without a base customer service office is frustrating and inconvenient. I wanted a refund of $100 and I couldn't get it all because I had wait for the owner to get back from vacation...It's been three weeks now...I'm still waiting.
