Wendy's

Justin Rankin was who took my order and he was very professional. Fast pace and very kind. Haven’t had fast food service like this in a couple years at this location. Not to mention my sandwiches were perfectly put together, not sloppily made. 🫶🏼 thank you for your wonderful service here.

This place has improved so much and stays better than most fast foods. The service is awesome, the food is always fresh, and the price is affordable

Great drive thru service. My food was ready fast and it was fresh. My go to is the baconator fries. They were great today!!

The staff was short and the food was still amazing!! Fries fresh and extra crispy, whole order on point! Worth the wait in line, we are all human and deserve respect for the work put in no matter what. Outstanding service and food even under pressure 🙂

This is the only Wendy's in town I will go to! Staff is always super kind and have regularly gone over the top for us! Place is clean and it's a very relaxing environment for my family!

Everything was exactly as we ordered it, hot and fresh. The drink machine was down, but they were happy to make whatever we wanted behind the counter. Clean store, friendly employees, good service, good food. The Collins road location has messed up our orders far too often, so the 42nd St store is our new favorite.

I was helped promptly and politely at this Wendy's. The interior has a fantastic, fun, classy vibe to it, with a T.V. and lounge area to relax and wait for your food in comfort. I recommend this Wendy's.

This Wendy’s was clean, the men’s restroom was clean, the people that had been working while I was there were all super nice. Nothing to complain about for some delicious spicy nuggs and a strawberry lemonade!

Only one employee showed up to work the counter, so it took about 15 minutes to order and get our order. The lady that was working was very nice. I got chicken nuggets which were good.

Love the food as well as the price. Hot frys

Wendy's on 42nd street in Cedar Rapids is the best in town. Great food, great service, fast, and they don't screw up your order very often.

This place is better than most fast food places. This store is particularly consistent, accurate, and clean. Your burger won't turn out lopsided and squishing out the side. They've never messed up my order. And the lobby is kept clean and tidy. The design is fresh too, as they remodeled a year or two ago.

I didn't even have to get up he tells about the offers in the back of the receipt and he was super fast at serving us I will definitely come back again you guys rock at Wendy's Jacob keep up the good work. Chicken sandwich is great too! The combo with fries was very filling. Service was fast & friendly. Lemonade was a surprise by how fresh it tasted. No powdery taste. Very enjoyable for fast food.

Darwin was on register and they were super nice to our party 6, they made good conversation and got us our food fast. It was a great experience. Would come here again!

Always nice and they take their time and make the order right. No rush jobs with sloppy sandwiches

Only Wendy’s in town that isn’t a complete joke.
I’m actually amazed that the other 2 on 33rd and 1st Ave are still in business, their staff are just full of awful people. This Wendy’s actually appears well run and doesn’t whenever they feel like it. The food is always delicious here it’s worth driving 10 miles for this one.

I've been to this Wendy's a handful of times and each time the food has been fresh, the staff have been friendly, and our orders were accurate. The reason I chose 5 stars is because the drive through line was 8-9 cars deep and it only took 15-20 min.
