Found Dr. Dickins very professional and helpful. But I always have a long wait for him. I go to the Fairfield office.

They're hard to reach for scheduling and close Fridays and during the lunch hour. I sent a letter with questions and never had a reply. Other administrative questions left on their voicemail are not answered and calls not returned. They had (or still have) an Indian woman who interacts unprofessionally and inappropriately in the "backroom" area from Burlington.

The worst thing about this practice is that the doctors seem to have sold the practice several years ago to another firm which got rid of the two (somewhat older) women who worked on reception/billing. They were the most helpful and wonderful people I'd ever met in any of the doctors offices I'd ever had to interact with -- and I've had multiple conditions and multiple surgeries and dealt with many offices So that compliment is saying something. Always made comfortable, even welcome, by those women and extremely efficient in their follow-up and scheduling.

But the very ageist management fired the best part of the practice and who were the reason I kept going to it. I will be changing my neurologist largely because of this. If this is the corporate personality of this organization, that will reflect in the treatment and the culture or environment of the practice. The behavior of the practice tells me they don't care or respect seniors.

I haIve chronic migraines and have been in and out of this clinic for the last few years. This is hands down the worst clinic I've ever experienced. Continuous lack of communication from their side, promises of getting called back then nothing, leaving messages with them and never hearing back, and one of the neurologists I've worked with particularly seems to loathe their job.

Don't waste your time here. It's worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Very unprofessional! My first appointment was rescheduled THREE times!! My follow up was scheduled for 12:30. I left my dad’s side (he’s in hospice) and arrived on time....the place was locked up and everyone was at lunch. Why would you make appointments knowing the place would be closed? I could have spent an additional 20 min with my dad instead of waiting in a hallway.

The people seem nice, but it doesn’t make up for poor scheduling practices. Unacceptable!

All I can say is always have to leave voice mail and no return call or maybe several days later. Really needed to talk to them today about medications and side effects before my stress test in the am.
I will be finding a new Doctor because of this.

They offered me a new medication, but never actually called in the script. I left voicemails and never got a call back.
