They are always friendly and upfront and honest.

To be fair, it was a little bit expensive but I mean it's a dealer service department that's to be expected and it was for a Prius service so I don't know if I feel comfortable taking it to any other shops. Don't want to risk a standard mechanic not knowing a thing that you only do on the Prius for just a normal type of service. Also only went in for an oil and filter change and was happy to know after they inspected my front brakes that were sounding like they needed service pretty bad even when my appointment was after 3:00 p.m. they were able to just do a break job without having to make another appointment which is fantastic. Since I'm a delivery driver I only have certain days that I can actually get my car worked on and I need my car like everyday so it's a bit of a pain if I have to leave it somewhere overnight. Many service departments will say they'll have it done by morning only to find out that they still have to do it in the morning when you get there to pick it up. So expedited service is very nice. And the car a 2018 Prius hybrid 5D lift back with a little over 100K miles is now driving perfect again.

Had scheduled oil change on vehicle. Completed in less time than estimated. Counter person went over what was done and results. Nice lounge area with TV, laptop work stations, pop machine and popcorn, and usually cookies and/or pie depending on the time of day.

Do an excellent job of washing vehicle when done.

The best! All sevice writers are always friendly, service get done in timely maners, i always wait the lounge is comfortable, good coffee and best 🍪, i will recomand it to all my friends.

Oil Change was cheaper here, for my car only 55.00, and my car uses full synthetic oil, would trust them with my car over Walmart or jiffy lube
