My husband drives truck, so we needed to be able to get everything done via email/text before my husband would set foot in the dealership. Dustin Austin went above and beyond to meet all our needs when buying our new Jeep. We were able to come to a mutually fair deal, and he communicated with me through the whole deal. And when it came time to go into the dealership to sign, everything was done as promised. I look forward to dealing with Dustin, and the whole McGrath team again in the future!

This was the best/easiest vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had and was arguably the best experience I’ve had with any type of salesman. The sales team Joe, Jeff, and Logan all made me feel very comfortable and were incredibly easy to work with. Not one time did I feel pressured or unheard, and they gave me a very fair deal on my new Sierra! When it came time to do paperwork Vince and Dario also provided an unwaveringly comfortable and helpful experience. Joe assisted getting me familiarized with new features at the end and also set up my Sirius XM free trial along with OnStar. I had on nice clothes and he even went as far as moving some dirty chains from the back end of my trade into my new truck. I had the pleasure of working with Garrett in my search for the perfect SUV for our family. Garrett was easily the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was on top of every question that I asked and continued to ask how he could help me make a good decision. In my book, he went above what I was used to gettinng as far as customer service. Well it was little overwhelming. That place to me was huge. The dealers I have been to are alot smaller. Matt took care of me very well. Everybody was very nice. I made mistake on first vehicle they worked with me. It is a big decision. It is my first SUV. Still getting use to it. It's different then my cruze. I will see how it goes. Big shout out to Garrett at the Chevyland store! What an asset he is to your McGrath team. He took exceptional care of me and my wife on our visit last week. I called the minute they opened and he had the Grand Cherokee ready to go with just a 20 minute heads up. He answered all of our questions with honesty and ease and made our buying process as painless as any I've done. We were unable to drive it home the that day as a couple recall remedies and a small dent needed repaired. He communicated with me daily, sending service updates and photos over the course of the week. And, without even asking, he went ahead and ordered us a set of new, all-weather Jeep branded floor mats for our Grand Cherokee as a result. They look super sweet, by the way! Amazing people, we worked with Mitch and John, they were very honest and worked amazing with us on the price to get the car to us and out the door, they worked with us even when we are located clear in Salt Lake City, again they were super honest didn’t throw in any extra fees and the car came even more perfect. Delivery was perfect scott hooked us up and got it to us amazing and in wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mitch and John, I would give this a six star if I truly could.
