I am so grateful for the kind, professional, personalized services of Jacob and his team. My Dad hadn't pre-arranged but we knew exactly what he wanted - as simple as possible - and Jacob honored that. There was absolutely NO sales pressure ( none of the "But he's your DAD!" tactics I expected to hear). Jacob even remembered details of stories we told him and included those in the obituary he wrote for us.

Michelle was our first contact when my Dad died at home. We appreciated her sensitivity, flexibility and kind attention to all of us, but especially to my Mom. They went above and beyond; superb, compassionate care.

Elizabeth has been so kind in follow-up messaging through the holiday season right after Dad's death. Thank you so much!
