Technian was great! Friendly and professional, assessed the job, explained to me what was needed, and estimated the cost. I agreed to the estimate, and he began to work. Very efficient and thorough. Great job, well done.

We have had a great experience twice now so had to share since there are such mixed google reviews. They installed a dishwasher a few months ago and fixed our p-pipe in the kitchen yesterday. Both were done perfectly, quickly, the guys were friendly and at a competitive price

Absolutely impressed with everyone that I encountered at 5-star!!! We had an issue with our water heater and with 3 young boys living out in the country we needed our hot water!! I was so impressed with the ease of scheduling and excellent service we received from 5 Star Plumbing!! Dakota came to our home and quickly pinpointed the issue and was so pleasant and great to work with. I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went. I am very satisfied with the service from 5 Star Plumbing. He showed up at the door almost exactly when he said he would, was friendly, was careful to not track snow into the house, and wore a mask whenever he was in the house. The repair was done quickly (under an hour) and he left no mess behind. I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing!

I liked the fact that they send a photo and the name of the worker coming to your house. Jamie, our worker, was courteous and friendly, called and texted when he was on his way, showed up on time, thoroughly explained what he was going to be doing and why, kept me informed every step of the way, gave me an informed estimate for a future project, and at the end showed me that he deleted record of my payment information from his device.
Will likely use again for future project and would definitely recommend.

I had 5 Star come out to look at my sump pump, which I felt was not working properly. I was able to have someone come out that same day and look at it - the service person was Jamie Baumhoefener, and he was wonderful. Since sump pumps aren't something that I read up about - he helped me through the process - explained the condition of my current pump and back up battery - and then I proceeded to replace - he came back 2 days later - installed, cleaned up after himself, and answered ALL my questions. Thumbs up!

Nick fixed faucet, new garbage disposal and installed new pipe under the sink all for my kitchen sink. Heexplained pricing and options I would have. Also did all the work in timely manner and nice that discounts if you have a few items to fix. I would recommend to others and have called before. Thanks!

Where do I start! From the gal answering phones (a peach!) to the estimator Troy (firm and fair) to the plumber Jamie (top notch hell of a guy) Fast respectful and tells you like it is! They were in and out left zero mess and have earned my business and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!!!!

We had our tub waste and overflow on our tub start leaking over the weekend. I called the plummer on call and he was very polite and helpful. On Monday morning one of the other plummer's at 5 Star called back to check on my call and was at my house in 30 minutes to replace the overflow. Nick was great and did a professional job, would call 5 Star again for any future issues.

The plumber, Dakota Morris, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I definitely recommend 5 Star Plumbing. I also use their sister company, Affordable Heating and Cooling, which is exemplary.
