Big shout out to the owner of this Pizza Hut - Clay.
He makes the whole experience that best part of your day.
He saw on Facebook that our company was celebrating 40yrs and called to ask if we wanted Pizza for lunch. He personally drove out to our location which is 2 miles outside of their delivery zone and thanks us for being long time customers. Clay is the best.

They've come a long way over the years. Always hustling to make your order available as soon as you want it. If you want excellent pizza for a great price, look no further than the Hut!

They are very accommodating and very nice to deal with. They go out of their way to make your order outstanding.

I ordered dinner here tonight after work. The food was great. I had a nice old man at the drive through. He told me to have a bodacious day.

I don’t know what that means but honestly he said it so enthusiastically that I tried as hard as I could after I left to have one. Will come back just because of him

Fairfield pizza hut is awesome. Food was hot and ready when I got it. They waited to put the topping on my pp taco pizza until I got there so lettuce and tomatoes were crisp and fresh and not soggy. Delicious pizza and definitely well satisfied!!!

Good place. Good food. As ordered. With a friendly upbeat funny order taker.

If you want quality customer care here is the place to get it! Highly recommend getting a pizza with the garlic parmesan sauce and chicken. I was afraid they would skimp on the sauce but that is not the case!

2022 Update
their still here after a rough 2020 and 2021, They lost most of not all their staff in those yrs but Clay has held on. The service is still good and so is the food. Sometimes their out of things but their religion about calling after you've order online to tell you if their out of something and to suggest a substitute. Supply chain issues really hit them last year but so far this year everything has been in.
Staffing has been hard all around town so just be patient when dining in

I like coming here because Clay runs it. He always has a smile and super helpful. He was nice enough to deliver a pizza even though we're 2 miles outside of town because it was snowy. I know him from church and he knew it was just me and my grandma.
As far in town service, the drivers are always nice and in store the ladies who run the lunch hour are Awesome. Even if the lunch buffet is going close in 10min they'll make you a pizza.

Picked up pizzas for my daughter, very nice people working. Very polite. Never have I ever had such good service from any other place. We will have to go and eat there.

Typical Pizza Hut, so you'll get all your favorites. Crystal and Jesse are the best hosts & servers. Very friendly, and they have good suggestions when you ask. A very enjoyable experience!

Service was great. Spoke to Clay, the manager, and he was patient, gave great customer service, and kept a smile on his face the whole time. Maybe the best Pizza hut experience I've had, would definitely revisit without a doubt. Thank you

The manager of Fairfield iowas pizza hut went beyond to make things right on a previous mess up his name is clay and I appreciate it for sure!!!

Love the manager of this store. Always so friendly and makes us laugh. Food was great but service is the best part!
