By far the best to deal with. He looks out for his clients and always follows through. His response time is remarkable and I've never had issues. I will never switch away. Very reliable and honest and helps with everything from start to finish. You're never in the dark with questions. And he makes sure you have what you need in your policies. My insurance company is fantastic. They always are fast to take care of any claims especially after the storm. They were fair and fast, I had my checks within a couple days after the adjuster was here. We were reimbursed for food we lost. I couldn't be happier with them. Our agent is great and always responds quick with any questions or problems we have. I always tell everyone that has had problems with their insurance company that I have Shelter and they're the best. I'm happy to say I have absolutely no complaints at all.
