Auto-Owners Insurance Cedar Rapids Claims

I was in a car accident and Molly B was wonderful to work with. She was very accomodating and helpful. She was very responsive and made the entire process very easy. Although my car was deemed a total loss, Molly was there every step of the way to get everything handled and made sure I was paid out promptly. I’m grateful to have gotten to work with Molly. I was not at fault in an MVA, so contacted the other driver's insurance & was so pleased to work with Molly B. She is so nice & efficient & the whole process was stress free. I received claim payment checks in 5 days (they do electronic pay also, but I'm old
school.) The body shop also told me they work with Auto Owners frequently and they're very easy & efficient to work with. They received the claim no. & were already ordering parts the day I spoke with Molly.

I had a little fender bender, another car swiped my front bumper. Their insurance company (Auto-Owners) contacted me. They were very easy to work with. Took my information and told me to get my estimate. After I didn't respond, within a few days, they followed up with me to make sure I sent it. My estimator didn't sent the estimate so Auto- Owners agent (Jacob H.) contacted my estimator and got things rolling. A few texts later, the claim was settled and the funds for repair were in my account.

I have been working with Erin Hansen and she's been fantastic to work with. She's been helping with a wrecked car claim. She's gone above and beyond for me to get me responses, and follow ups. She's been very quick with her responses back to me.

Our pickup was recently damaged by hail. After we filed a claim, Kelley G., our claim representative, contacted us and arranged for an adjuster to come to our house to do an estimate of the damage. My car was hit by an uninsured driver on a Friday. I reported it to Christina at Auto-Owners late that day. Monday morning their claims adjuster called me and was very helpful. I got an estimate and on Wednesday morning my claim was approved and I should receive the money by the next day. Tremendous customer service!
