James Nye has always been super helpful! He is always on top of it and helps with any questions or concerns on the drop of a dime with zero hesitation! I have had to unfortunately do 2 claims on my vehicle and James immediately got the ball rolling each and every time! I would highly suggest them. No hassle claims and my premium never went up.

Have had insurance here for years, but recently had our first total loss accident. Savanna staff was VERY helpful, made things simple, everything was taken care of shockingly fast. Refreshing that things were so easy working with them during such a stressful time. Both Korey and James were of great help to me.

I switched from another insurance company to State Farm several years ago. All of the agents are very friendly and helpful. Any time I have a question they're willing to speak with me. I don't feel like just another number to them. That was not my experience with my previous insurance companies. I would highly recommend them.

The Savanna location is always beyond helpful and always there to answer your questions. We have always had great customer service and always had great turnaround whenever we have had issues. This State Farm team is one of the best!!

All was resolved immediately, contacted claims agent, car will be fixed at our choice of body and repair shop in Mckinleyville Cal.
