If I could give a zero I would. Since the derecho we have yet to actually talk to our agent. The people we have talked to have been very unprofessional and not willing to help. The reason we all have insurance is to help when needed but in their case they have fought us on every repair that needed to be done and still aren't completed over a year since the storm due to their inabilities. 18 years and zero....zero claims and they have fought us on everything. Horrible company!

Going on 4 straight years with being overcharged by almost $100 every six months because they add my son who is not a drive. I have been with this company for 14 years and have had nothing but problems since David Cowley took over. I will be finding a new company ASAP. Do yourself a favor and pay a buck more for someone that cares.

Piece of work. I would rather drive with no insurance then deal with anyone associated with Cowley or his "secretaries." Unhelpful, unprofessional and unavailable.
