Always been very helpful and priced competitively. A contractor insured through him and after the Derecho was very happy I had insurance through him. Are house was severely damaged and they were easy to work with to get funds to fix our house. Also have dealt with American Family on other customers houses to fix up and had a good experience as a contractor.

We've been very happy working with Jake, Holly, and the rest of the AmFam team. Great customer service - every question, phone call, email etc is answered quickly. They always make time for us.

I have been with this insurance agency for several years. In the past year or so, I have been mainly working with Janet Schulze. She has always been a great help and gets everything done in a very timely manner. My son has had a few accidents (only one his fault) :), and she has done great at getting the process taken care of with minimal hassle for me. Phone calls or email gets a quick response.

I have been with American Family for years, I haven’t had any issues with them, they are always extremely helpful. I call every month to pay my bill, and the ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful, especially Jan. She always goes above and beyond excellent service, and is very knowledgeable about insurance questions.

I left Amfam to go to State Farm on my rental policy. Huge mistake! SF has been terrible to work with on my rentals. Amfam has been great on my personal house & will regain all my business after repairs are done. Jake is awesome. He’s really hands on with helping his clients out with anything they need help with. Sorry for taking rentals somewhere else Jake. Mistake on my end. Will be back soon!
