I was able to obtain a personal loan 3 years ago and then purchased my own home last year. These people are just amazing.

Tracy decided it was a good idea to yell at and berate my elderly mother over the phone. How do you stay in business with this sort of behavior. Switching her to Chase. Better get a handle on your employee’s attitude. This is unacceptable under any circumstance.

They've been lying to me about the branch bank reopening since it closed. I also asked them if they were going out of business. I was always reassured that wasn't happening. I say Good Riddance.

We’ve been waiting here for half an hour. And the weather is getting bad. The man that we are gonna see was on the phone. I guess the customer on the phone is more important than the customer here waiting in the lobby. I will give them a 1 star.
