Helpful and answers any questions I have in a timely manner. Have my house and vehicles insured through this agency.

Tedd was a great help with all our questions on business insurance and we actually stayed longer than expected because our conversation flowed so easily. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Would most likely be a decent agent for small insurance needs but I would highly not recommend for business insurance or a family who is needing new items insured on a regular basis Would go weeks before getting an answer on new policies, answering questions etc. for example - I called earlier this week and left a message to cancel our policy and to call me back as the message said specifically they are not able to cancel policies from voicemail. I did not hear back all week so I emailed his assistant (who is amazing) and she said he already canceled it and didn’t even bother to let me know it was done! If you are someone who expects professional and timely communication go somewhere else!

My agent had to retire due to illness and Mr. Kipper took her place. He sounds so nice on the phone... until you disagree with him. He was arrogant, rude and unprofessional when he told me to stop yelling at him when the volume of my voice never changed. I was upset. But I have always had the ability to maintain volume when voicing upset.
I like Farmers for my Insurance needs. I do NOT like being disrespected and told I don't know what I'm talking about regarding my former insurance agent when he was nowhere around when she and I discussed my insurance needs and changes.

Do yourself a favor and find a different agent. This man is very false with his jolly tone that can turn on a dime if you disagree with him.
