Heather was very helpful in fitting my hearing aids. My insurance was different so it was very difficult for her but she got everything done very efficiently. I enjoy working with her and the staff. I wish for new patients they would have someone that could answer questions. I had some questions and Heather is full and I am going on vacation. Only thing they could improve.

My parents and myself have been seen at Concepts of Iowa. We have always been very pleased with our care. All staff is very courteous and professional. Appointments run on time. My parents received their hearing aids from Concept. It is very nice to be able to come back for follow up appointments and not be charged. We are glad we chose Concept of Iowa for our hearing care and would recommend them to our family and friends!

I was greeted by front desk staff when I first visited on Oct. 27, 22, her name was Kaitlynn and another very informative and helpful woman (I didn't catch her name) - she went over & beyond to give me assurance I was in the right place!

They got me set up with my first appointment where I was blessed to meet Sandy. She did my free screening & taught me a lot about my hearing loss. She didn't pressure me at all and was understanding when I wanted to set a later date to make sure I had a reasonable down-payment (their financing options are great!).

A day before my 34th birthday, I received my aides by Heather! HAPPY Birthday to me! She made sure I had no questions and all the equipment I needed. These two ladies are amazing! My follow ups with Heather are a pleasure!

Even as I'm waiting for appointments, I'm asked if I'd like water or hot cider with pleasant conversation. The office is clean and they get me in on time.

Hearing aides that connect to your phone! What?! I didn't think I'd like this feature but it's very nice! The app is easy to use.

I love my hearing aides!!! I'm confident that if there are issues in the coming years, I have support. Most adults my age don't need hearing aides - this was a large purchase for something so small but gives me so much LIFE. Thank you for that possibility, reasonable prices for an amazing product and staff!

I took my mother to the Cedar Rapids office and was very pleased with the experience. My wife had recently received some hearing aides from an online company and was very disappointed in them. So I suggested she visit Concepts. What a difference! She loves her new hearing aides and the service provided by Melissa. Melissa is so helpful and it's very easy to see her if you need something tweaked. She also appreciated the curbside service she received this winter. Give them a try!

My parents received excellent care at this office. They first met with Melissa for their hearing test. She provided such a comfortable atmosphere for them by answering all their questions and relieving there concerns. Sandy fitted my parents with their hearing aids and also did a fabulous job. Both Sandy and Melissa are very professional and have an excellent knowledge . I highly recommend this clinic as they were so kind to my parents. Everyone we met went above and beyond in their job. I visited Concept Hearing and had an evaluation and ordered new aides. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I have been down this road before with other hearing specialist and it didn't end well but with Concept Hearing I'm getting good vibs.. I'm sure our relationship will be a good one. One of things that has always impressed me about Concept is the fast and reliable service. I can usually give Melissa a call, set up a time to drop off my hearing aids for service on a day when I am in Cedar Rapids, and can often times pick them back up before I leave town the same day. Thank you!

What a wonderful experience. I was in denial about what I was missing in conversation and my children were always telling me I needed to have my hearing tested. If I am being honest, I was very anxious about the whole idea. From the minute I entered the office, I was greeted with warmth. I felt so comfortable. My hearing test showed moderate hearing loss and after the consultation, I felt so educated and encouraged to get on the road to better health. I have had my hearing aids for almost two months now and I am doing great! I never knew I was missing out on so much. I just love the staff and how special they make me feel each time I have had an appointment. Kind, caring, knowledgeable, professional are just a few words to describe Melissa and Sandy. My husband purchased hearing aids about 18 months ago and I couldn't be happier with the service Concept provides. He was in denial and stubborn about addressing his hearing loss, but Melissa made him feel very comfortable with the process and we are both thrilled with the results.
