Went in to look at a vehicle and left planning to come back and purchase my vehicle here. :)

I went in with the intent of buying a specific car. The price was amazing, given the year. They were honest about why it was priced to move. They bent over backwards to get me financed, put gas in my vehicle, made me a calendar, and gave me my first oil change for free! The waiting area had TV, coffee, and water. While I was there, several people came in to get service on their vehicles. They were greeted by name and treated very well. When I need another car, I'll definitely be going back to J.C. Carey.

Just bought a 2005 Equinox from JC Carey. I can't say enough. As a used car, and the used cars we've looked at there, it looks brand spanking new. They took care of the broken A/C before we bought it, they were very up front and honest. With low miles we got a great price and we are honestly super happy. I will say, keep up that good work! Customer Service is 10/5 1000% better than most dealerships. Thanks you guys for everything. I now have a safe AND air-conditioned vehicle for my daughter.

Had a wonderful experience both times I have bought vehicles there. They were both priced well. My recent purchase of my Traverse was an awesome experience. Ned Doty went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. He took the time to help me set up my free Sirius radio trial. He also made sure that I understood how everything worked. Everyone in the service department is always very friendly and helpful whenever my vehicle goes in for service. I highly recommend JC Carey's for anyone looking for a vehicle or needing great service for their vehicles.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have purchased our last four vehicles from J C Carey Motors, and will go back when we need a new one. It isn't just the sale, but the service afterwards that is an added benefit. They go above and beyond for their customers. I think they have the perfect slogan, "Nobody cares like Carey cares".

The customer service from the entire staff was exceptional!
Both JC & Pete personally went above & beyond regular customer service protocol in helping us in our time of need. Visiting from out of town & broken down at the top of the lookout at Mississippi state park, late in the afternoon. JC ended up picking us up with a flatbed and Pete was able to get the car looked at that late in the day, get a part from Clinton, Iowa (that his wife picked up on her way home), he fixed it the next morning and we were back on the road. Commendable Service!!!
ps. and a shout out to Orland, who was the first one to find us on the top of the hill with our hood up, and gave my mom & sister a ride to JC motors.

Got a great deal on a 2016 Equinox in December and have been extremely satisfied with both the salesman and the service following my purchase. They went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I was looking for. Would highly recommend seeing them for your sales and service needs.

The experience at J.C. Carey motors was the best i've had in the car buying process. Carrol is the woman you want to talk to when buying a veichle. She's incredibly nice and never got pushy or just wanted me to buy the car. I could tell she wanted to help me find the right car and I did! She even drove 50 miles to pick me up and take me to buy my veichle. Overall this is the place to look when buying a new or used veichle.
