Asian Pho Bistro

Greeted by what seems to be the owner. Very polite and friendly lady. I had the beef pho and daughter had the phad Thai. We shared some with each other. Absolutely loved both! Very nice flavors and large portions. Dated interior but for the prices and quality of food , well worth lver looking.

Fresh, hot, and delicious! The restaurant was full with locals and everything that came out of the kitchen looked fantastic. We’ll be back next time we’re in Fairfield.

Very delicious Thai food. We ate there a couple of times, and loved the tom yum soup on a rainy cold day. Service is always friendly. Great addition to Fairfield.

Stopped in on a Monday night road trip and was extremely happy. Great service. Amazing food. Gluten free options were available. Will definitely go back

Hands down the best brunch in Fairfield.

Wanted to take my daughter there for some time, now, and what better day than her birthday?! Fantastic pancakes, french toast, eggs benedict, beignets. We'll definitely be back!

The Asian Pho Bistro had a great menu and better service. The beer list included some Iowa breweries and ciders. Another great place to dine in Fairfield. They are open every other Sunday for brunch AND are bottomless! Cheers!

Best Asian restaurant in town. The foods and staffs are really good. I would recommend Beef Pho and Beef Pad Thai. For the desserts, Mochi and Sticky rice are really good too.

Best place in Fairfield to eat hands down! Me and my wife have been coming here every week for almost a year and enjoy every bit of it!

Cute little hole in the wall, where the Phó is good and the atmosphere even better. Their traditional flavors are perfect and it's nice to wash everything down with a local brew

Great vegetarian options! Great local cider selections! Wide variety of food and drinks. The food was all savory. Great prices! Paper straws to save sea turtles. The only thing they should change is the carry out containers so they are more eco friendly, not styrofoam.

What a wonderful new place we have found!! So helpful with gluten free choices! Our waitress was so kind and knowledgeable. Fantastic flavors!!

This is hands down the best Asian restaurant I have ever been too. I’ve lived in South Carolina, Georgia, Colorado, Texas, and now Iowa and Asian Pho Bistro tops the list by a mile.

I had the yellow curry and the organic vegetable stir fry and both were phenomenal.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Really enjoyed the freshness and made to order dishes. It's always hard to balance to go orders and dine in. Probably going a little later for lunch to avoid waiting for all the to go orders while you are sitting there waiting for your food. Would make the hour drive again when we're in the Pho mood.

I'm giving 3 stats for service only because they had 1 server for tonight (Feb 14th). it's a small place so more then 3 servers would be over kill but the poor girl tonight was so overwhelmed. She did great for having a almost packed house. The food took an hour to get but was Delicious. the long wait time is due to server shortage and needing more help in the kitchen. Both those things can't be helped in their economy.

I love the Po Kee Mao, sooooo Good. I give it 10 stars in flavor.

Ramen was very good (spicy pork). Not a fan of Pho/soups in general but enjoyed this place! Service was quick and friendly. Food was a great value. "Spicy" is your typical midwest "spicy." Not really spicy at all, but just enough to feel it. Lingers less than 5 mins.

So far all we've done is the Pho, loaded Ramen, loaded Miso and the Mango sticky rice. And doing take out. They have the take out down. Noodles are on the side and plenty of them. Flavor profile is wonderful!
Does take some time, but it's freshly made and really worth the wait.
We travel all over and truly enjoy finding treasures like this.
