Shannon (and Deb) provide a very personal experience! They always meet me at the door with a genuine smile, make small talk and then allow me to explore the store in my own time. I'm so excited to seem this store thrive in a community where Ben and Shannon grew up and have also chosen to raise their own children. You've GOT to check this store out!

Hollow Tree has unique and beautiful gifts! They are extremely helpful and accommodating. They are very creative and make beautiful arrangements too! I enjoyed every shopping experience I have had at Hollow Tree.

I placed an order online. I ordered a box bouquet and called after to make sure I ordered correctly. A lady did tell my some flowers were not going to be exact. When the were delivered, they were in a vase and looked completely different than the image. I was told they do not make flowers in boxes. Why put products on their websites that they do not even sell/make? I called the first time and was hung up on. I had to reach out by email. HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am only giving one star because it will not allow me to give zero stars. A dear family friend passed away and I ordered some beautiful red orchids from the website. I received a call the following day that the red ones were unavailable but they had white ones that were equally as beautiful. I told them I really wanted them to be something special. I ordered the “better” version. I spent over $100 on these. To say I was mortified would be an understatement. Less than half of the flowers were blooming. Also, many of the petals were falling off, and they weren’t fit to bring to the funeral. I called Hollow Tree to let them know and to give them a chance to make it right. Instead I got scolded and told that I can’t expect the petals to stay on. Then she went on to say that not only were they a different color than I ordered, but they were also a different type of flower. Needless to say, I will never do business there again. Absolutely dismal customer service.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery (with extra charge) nothing was ever delivered.

I never received a call or email stating order was unable to be processed. I had to reach out to the business to see what the order status was.

I was told it was out of the delivery area and I would receive refund within 5-7 days. Not sure why I was not notified this was not going to be delivered or why it was an option on the website if it’s out of the area. Not impressed, do not recommend this business to anyone.

Had to repeat my order and CC # several times. They called me 4 times on the same day because they didn't get the recipients # (and apparently couldn't look it up) and also wrote down the wrong CC #. I told them my maximum price to include tax and delivery, yet they still charged me almost $20 over my limit. Will NOT use again.
