Terrible service! Didn't come look at dishwasher for 1 week after he said he would. Had to call and remind him. Came a couple days later, and stayed here for 10 mins, but didn't know where problem was. Told me to run the dishwasher, find out where it's leaking, and call him to let him know. He would then order the part. Called 30 mins after he left, told him where it was leaking. He told me he would order the part and install on the following Monday or Tuesday. Yet another week went by and no phone call. Contacted him, no answer. Called again the next day and left message how frustrated and upset I am. He contacted back and told me he doesn't want to mess with it anymore. He isn't sure when the part would be in. I asked him what the part was called and he couldn't even tell me. He told me he wasn't even sure. He then told me to try calling someone else. Mind you my family has done business here for years! Would never recommend to anyone!
