Quality Inn Waverly

Visited July 26, 2024. Very clean inside and out. The staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. I was allowed to check in early because the room was ready when I got there in the morning, which I really appreciated. This was my 2nd time staying there and I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this hotel. The beds and bedding... amazing!

Good room at a good price. Breakfast as expected. Pool and hot were clean and not crowded. Filled the bill nicely for five nights stay.

We stay in this hotel everytime we visit family in Iowa. Staff is friendly- breakfast is good, rooms are old, but very clean-

My husband and I were in town we stayed for 3 nights. From the time we pulled into the parking lot everything was super clean. The lobby smelt clean and fresh.. Had a king size room was on the small side but very very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending others!

I highly recommend this Quality Inn for an economical hotel. It is very clean and maintained. It is managed by dedicated people who understand hotel operations. I average 2 nights out weekly and generally bypass Quality Inns. However, I will be sure to stay here each time I'm in town.

We wound up at this hotel after discovering that there were no other vacancies anywhere in a 75 mile radius. It was late, we were tired after traveling all day, and were starting to wonder if we’d have to sleep in our vehicle after calling at least 20 other places with no luck due to multiple events going on in the area. We were very happy to have found a place to book where we could to lay our heads, although we didn’t have any great expectations for a modest place like the Quality Inn. We were so pleasantly surprised with how it all turned out.

The front desk clerk, Susan, greeted us with the warmth and comfort of an old friend. She checked us in efficiently, and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the pool was a treat for our kids to take a dip in before heading to bed, and we got a good nights sleep before hitting the road again the next day.

I highly recommend this Quality Inn, and want to give a very special shout out to the shining star of this establishment, Susan.

We ended up here rather late at night after a terrible stay at a hotel about 15 miles away. I spoke to Heather on the phone before we came over and she was so friendly and let me know they had a pet room available and she would hold that room until we got there. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was very comfortable also. Everything in the hotel was above expectations in the cleanliness department and the breakfast bar was stocked with delicious food. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing, and we did! It is in a safe part of town, without any riffraff hanging around. There is a Wal-Mart right behind the property, just in case you forgot something in your travels! I am so happy we ended up here!

I enjoyed my stay here, the room was very clean and the girl who helped me was the best, I believe her name was Ivy? She was the sweetest person and seemed genuinely eager to answer any of my questions, which was awesome for me since I'm new to the area. Only thing I would like to see different tho, is bigger TVs, other than that, fantastic!

Room was great. Clean, and orderly. Staff was also helpful with any of our questions about the area. Breakfast was also well stocked. 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect location for those having a wedding at Prairie Links! Very close, convenient, and affordable! Right next to a Walmart, Applebees, and Kwik Star!

A quality hotel. The staff is polite. The building and rooms are well kept. Good pool and very nice sauna. They had just installed a new elevator.

Clean room and quiet location. Breakfast was on par with Country Inn and Suites or Hampton Inn in my opinion. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

It was a well rounded hotel. Suites were comfortable and clean to the point of perfection, but most of all, the service was more than excellent.

Perfect spot for me to lay up and rest before work the next morning! Available for late night check in which was great! Friendly staff.

It was a great experience. Heather was professional and she made it easy for me to check in for my first time checking into a hotel as an adult.

Newly remodeled, great rooms, super comfortable bed, late hours for the pool, bed bug check passed, very clean. Will stay here again!
