Fantastic service & price!!
Stopped out with my rear wheel on Saturday, about an hour and a 1/2 before closing. Needed the tire swapped out. The owner called me about noon and said it was all finished and that I could pick it up. I definitely recommend this shop.

Good place to get your questions answered on anything relating to motorcycles. And of course to get it fixed.

My 2019 RG and 2000 RK ONLY goes to Carlton customs for service. Tim has built or customized every bike ive had. Never have i been disappointed in his work or services. This shop is 2nd to none.

Tim and his team went above and beyond with my 2005 Dyna Harley Davidson this man and his team are the most trustworthy and best business people with love and compassion for there work and take pride in what they do to along with the love for there costumers I can honestly say there need to be more people and businesses in this world it would make it a much better place I'm truly blessed to have the privilege of Tim and his team and company and a man of his caliper to meet and do work on my bike if you need work done Tim and his team and company are the go to thanks again Tim your name on and company are highly recommended not only by me but everyone who walks thru your doors and hands my God bless you with a hundred fold back cuz that's what you did with your love and compassion of your work and customers sincerely Genio

Tim is so knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. His work is well above the standard at an affordable price and keeps me coming back. Where I live here in Cedar Rapids there are many decent shops, but Carlsons work and service is outstanding and stands out among the rest. This alone is worth the drive from Cedar Rapids. If you want someone to work on your bike that cares about it as much as you do, I highly recommended Carson's.
