Dollar General

This place has changed so much! Shelves are getting stocked and employees are soooo much nicer! The manager is super nice and extremely helpful! Any issues I’ve had there have been settled quickly with her and her coworkers help! Great team and great store! I HIGHLY recommend this store! They’re doing something right!

Our local Dollar General is very good. Staff are pleasant, know where things are and are delightful to work with. Store has most things i have looked for. Could not find charger for samsung 9 plus, very new phone. I really just wanted adaptors to convert my current ones.

We have the best Dollar General, here in Waukon!! Tony and the rest of the staff are amazing!! Always helpful and in cheerful moods!!! I think we have the best set up also. Store is put together very nicely!!

When I walked in thru the automatic doors at Dollar General yesterday....I chuckled to myself as the Manager...who seems to be there everyday...was kidding his cashier!! BOTH of them were laughing so hard! I immediately thought to myself how it must be so great to work there! I had gone in for some puzzle glue and I asked another cashier if they ha any? "No, we don't but...let me show you what we do have!" She walked me back to the back of the store. Here in the craft area she pulls up some clear decoupage. She read the instructions to me and between the two of us..we decided, yes this would work! Then She asked me.."Can I help you with anything else??" Kind..very kind! Betty Christianson, Waukon, Iowa

Monona DG has easy accessable location near Fisk's, the school, Family Dentistry, car wash.
Everything from flavored water, coffee filters, washable and cloth shower curtains, seasonal items, and 70% off clearance clothes & etc. kept very neat and clean.
Knowledgable, curtious employees. My granddaughters enjoy shopping too.

Always a good experience..when you are saving money you work hard for..and everyone that works there is friendly and most helpful..Love this store in Waukon ..only wish it were Bigger!

Great staff, but need bigger stores in Waukon as well as in Manchester...those stores are too crowded...😉
