Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, cigar selection is phenomenal and they actually keep their humidor at the proper humidity so you never get dry cigars. Vape selection is also great and they carry a lot of coils and systems that other stores do not.

I honestly come here all the time for my wraps, and ive never had any issue the man behind the counter is hands down the sweest guy youll ever meet, i defenitly recomend coming for fresh tobacco products 🖤

I’ve been visiting this shop for 20? years and it remains consistent. Great selection, fair prices, and ownership is knowledgeable and sharing. A real asset to the cigar community. I have 1 Macanudo Cafe Hyde Park from the box I bought for my wedding in 2006, I’m gonna smoke it on my 20th anniversary, my how time flies.

Great cigar shop on the CT shoreline. They have a great premium cigar humidor room with a large selection of quality cigars ranging from affordable to high-end. Sayid was very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me pick out a bunch of great cigars for my dad for Christmas. He also provided me with a great recommendation for a torch lighter and took the time to show me how it works and make sure it was functioning at the exact setting I wanted before leaving. Highly recommend this shop for all your cigar or other tobacco needs. Open all year-round.

Wonderful shop! Syed was very helpful, personable and informative. He knows a lot about what he sells and the backstory.. Great assortment. The store carried an old classic that has gone out of business- actually purchased by a mega company. Very pleasant shopping experience!.

The Ultimate Tobacco Store is top notch. Professionalism at it's best. A wide variety of products ranging from cigars and pipes, to the more new age vaporizer accessories. I met the owner who was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be visiting these guys again soon. Go check it out and see for yourself!

Great establishment the worker there is very friendly and more than happy to give a full and detailed description of each item for sale. All their products work very very well and I highly suggest going here than any other smoke shop. Hands down best in state!!

Both my father & husband love a good cigar now & again. In the past I've resisted going into this place (prior to the new owners taking over) because I'd be inthere for 5 minutes & I'd come out stinking of smoke (cigarettes & cigar)This Father's Day I stopped in quickly to nab a Cohibo for my dad & dreading going in... I was PLESENTLY surprised to walk into a clean, stink free store this time! Great selection & fresh products. Humidor is large & selection is good. Staff is polite & helpful.
