Friendly office! Office staff is thorough. Dr. Pruthi is nice, funny, and very thorough as well. Which speaks to great leadership of his staff. I love that they are up to date on technology. Makes it easier on patients filling out forms needed.

My first visit with Dr. Pruthi was excellent. He did not waste time. Had me examined to find out the cause. His nurse was organized. Had all of my appointments set before I walked out of the exam room. Great experience.

Dr Pruthi is where the Nurses go when they need GI services. He is awesome, staff is friendly and keeps you updated.

He’s the best. A genuinely kind human being. Top of his field for many years and does research as well, so he’s willing to think outside of the box if traditional routes aren’t cutting it. He listens and works WITH you on getting to the root of your issues - I believe he really cares about helping his patients and giving them actionable options to help themselves, too. He develops good working relationships with his patients and colleagues - you can hear that in how literally everyone talks to and about him.

His staff is awesome. Though it can take forever to get appointments and schedule some of the procedures, the appointments are on point - welcoming arrival to comfortable office with no long wait times in the waiting area or even in the rooms. Once you’ve seen the doc, his people will prep you to go out the door completely ready with Rx, orders, schedules, and/or appointments set.

It was seriously refreshing to have our time respected by both the Dr and his staff. And we are super lucky to have a doctor and office of this caliber here in the AV. One of very few docs I would unquestioningly trust left here in the valley.

Had an appointment withdr Prohi he was very nice we talked about what problems I've been having was a good vist felt like he listed and answered questions we discussed hes seemed very knowledgable percegers needed to be done to help me with my symptoms. Thank you dr pruthi .

Dr.and staff are friendly ,but walking in with husband in wheelchair ,who is the patient .I noticed no staff protective mask for ill patients ,but then again you had no sign stating as needed.So most did not care.I'm one that feels all medical personnel have a responsibility to patients.I did notice as walking down the hallway some Drs. Posted mask required.Dr.Pruthi and his nurse came in the exam room with one on,but staff and recovery room did not.I was taken back by the lack of responsibility ,yes some places choose how they run there establishment ,but a medical office ,in this time of year Dec,Jan. Flu COVID,RSV. Some people still care for others .PLEASE only the Boss can set the standard.Your office is great ,but needs room for improvements on protection of the patient and there staff even if they reject them .Hope to see a "Sign Mask Required" next time.Maybe soon you will be mandated to do so

It was my first time visiting Dr Pruthi’s office. I was met with friendly faces and the office was very professional. I couldn’t believe how fast I was seen and my upcoming procedure was scheduled. Dr Pruthi has a great attitude and made me feel I was in good hands.
