Snap! Outfitters

Just picked up my camper after months of anticipation and I could not be more pleased! After reaching out to Snap back in August, I have had nothing but excellent service throughout my entire build experience.

Being from Canada, I ended up driving down to PA beforehand to take a look at the campers and meet with Mandy and Ross to discuss my potential camper. Both of them showed lots of enthusiasm and pride in their campers and were incredibly open to any ideas I had.

They truly take “custom campers” to a new level and were willing to do pretty much any custom request I had Including the installation of a Dickinson Propane Fireplace, the installation of a custom propane tank mount, removal of my tailgate, a custom camera mount as well as some custom door sizing.

After finalizing my build, Mandy was constantly providing me with updates, photos and videos. Communication was clear and precise and Mandy was incredibly responsive and open to any changes I made throughout the build process.

Finally seeing the finished product was amazing, the quality is truly top notch. Ross’s welding is absolutely incredible (not that I know much about welding, but I can tell its good). Even the attention to detail regarding sealing the camper to the bed was amazing.

After dealing with poor customer service from other manufacturers, the team at Snap has been an absolute joy to work with. I truly could not recommend them enough!

We just drove off with our Treehouse on our Toyota Tundra and couldn't be more thrilled! While we have yet to take it on a trip, we wanted to speak to the entire process and our experience with the team: Ross, Roger, Mandy and Parker were phenomenal to work with. From the beginning, Mandy was quick to respond, very clear, personable and made us feel like the custom build was in great hands! The whole team was eager to accommodate our custom requests (some of which were a little different than their norm). But they seemed excited about some of our custom ideas and the color we wanted and worked hard to make it happen for us! We followed them on Instagram and loved seeing the snippets of work being done. Mandy also emailed my husband with updates, videos and photos as the project progressed. On pick up day, today, all 4 met us at their location and they did everything! From removing our tailgate to accommodate the full door customization we requested, hooking up the wiring harness for the break lights, setting up the whole treehouse, walking us through all the specifics and the final send off, we couldn't recommend this custom build and Snap! Outfitters more. They do beautiful work (I mean the welding?! A work of art) and are professional and quality focused. Thank you so much!
