Hi I am a costmer with this national branch now for a nice while and the service overall is outstanding especially with the branch manager Ferko, Justin he is a man of his word and deals with costumers with respect and dignity

If I could give National Car Rental zero stars I would! Customer service is terrible - had a major issue with car and called several times to talk to a manager - promised a returned call and never received one - Do yourself a favor and don't rent from this place!! Wish the calls where recorded - everyone tells you something different!
