Burger King

This is the only retro BK that I've ever been in. Everything was great. Its the original blue outside. Check the inside pics!

Delivery driver here, I absolutely LOVE picking up orders from here! Mainly the afternoon and night shifts. The one manager who’s usually there in the morning, dark hair and looks 100% like she’d rip your face off for even smiling in her general direction, yeah she isn’t and hasn’t been the nicest person to interact with…like at all. It literally looks like the whole world pisses her off.

✨✨ BUT, that aside, I’ve never had any issues from there. Even if the order is running late, they let me know asap so I can pass the message along. The blonde woman with the glasses is so sweet ((she gave me super glue to fix mine that broke,)) same with the manager Fawn, shes always doing what she can to help wherever and she always has a smile on her face while doing it. Josh is a super nice guy as well. And the manager Ben is always very polite and respectful to me every time I’ve gone in there.✨✨

I ordered my food via BK app. I was only 15 minutes away, when I got there were 4 cars in front of me waiting to order their meals in the drive thru. It took me 30 minutes to get to the ordering screen, I was told they would be with me in a minute. I tried to explain that I had a mobile order and the woman got snippy with me. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT AND THAT THEY WERE EXTREMELY SHORT HANDED. I only wanted to be able to move away from the screen so someone else good move up. I sat there waiting for 15 minutes for the car in front of me to get his order. When I finally got to the window, I was ask what my order was. I told her that it was a mobile order and she should of had it. She said never mind I will look it up. I have never been treated so disrespectfully I use apps all the time between my clients to eat. I was late for my shift due to their actions. No one even apologized for the long wait. It will be a lot time before I will eat here again Kim

our family waited it the drive thru for just a few seconds before deciding that the line was to long and we would go inside to order we were approached by a manager who was very sorry for the wait but it would take a little before getting to us. when taking our order he continued to say sorry and made sure we were taken care of they seemed to be very under staffed but to my eyes and how fast we got our food after our order was taken i think they did an amazing job.

The staff was very nice and friendly. They didn't even mind my 2 yr. Old grandson playing with 3 crowns!

The manager and his crew did very good for the crowd at 1:00 today so glad they are staying busy !

Came in kind of late (Thursday 10:45 PM) to The drive-through after arriving back from a plane. Lady at the establishment made an order fresh for me and brought it out due to wait and nobody else being there and the regular dine-in area was locked. Extremely pleasant and got my order right! Original chicken sandwich with only ketchup and a large fry. Yaaay! Should have gotten the lady’s name, but I was too amazed.

The staff was very nice. The food was delicious. The place was fairly clean.

Delicious as ALWAYS!!! Burger King is by far my favorite fast food!! This store and the one on 119 in Connellsville are ALWAYS steadfast!! The food is always very good and the people are ALWAYS friendly!!!

Always loved their food! Love burgers that are charcoal broiled!! I go also for the coupon meals!! My meal is the double cheeseburger meal!! Always catch there different coupon meals!! Great place to eat even at breakfast!!

I went thru the drive thru today and the employee that was working the drive thru actually came over amd said the fries weren't fresh. That they were going to give me fresh fries. I found this very impressive, because most employees would have just thrown the cold fries in and handed em out. Thank you, it was greatly appreciated. I would have done the survey but I didnt have the receipt. Sorry

The assistant manager erika was all by herself and gave better service then having six people behind the counter. That includes the drive through window as well. Very friendly staff, will go back there anytime!

The service here was Outstanding. The best I’ve had in the industry in a good while. Everything, from a polite greeting to the handoff, absolutely Great. To everybody working on the night of 10/28/20, between 10:00 and closing, are worth being noted.

Only Burger King I like .. Great employees.. great customer service..food is good ..( I had to throw my burger away one day from Greensburg, it looked and tastes like it came from the floor.) Latrobe is best ...

Same as all other Burger Kings.

Used the drive thru and excellent service.

The food was great, not overcooked or greasy either.

Serving was fast. Love the original 80s vibe inside.

Walk in, quick service. Pleasant staff and a wonderful Whopper meal
