Avis Car Rental

This was a last minute rental and the staff at Avis was courteous providing answers and solutions from the beginning to the completion of our transaction. The Representative at the pick up location made everything easy. He was also knowledgeable and informative. I felt so good about my purchase I was able to use the drop off service without fear of incident, something I've never done when renting cars from other dealers. There are usually questions and loose ends to tie up but with Avis every detailed was addressed upfront giving me confidence in the service provided. I will definitely be back when needing a future rental. Thanks Avis.

Reservation was made online with short notice and they were more than accommodating. The gentleman at the counter was amazingly friendly, his demeanor was probably the nicest of any car rental agent I have ever encountered. Avis offered a much better price than competitors (as usual). The vehicle was clean, safe ans well maintained. I would absolutely use this location again on my next visit to PA.

A++++++ experience at Avis at Arnold Palmer Airport in Latrobe, PA. Amanda greeted us by name expecting our arrival. Was extremely efficient handing the line of people in front of us. Great communication with relaying options when our flight was delayed. Highly recommend. Felt like service from a huge airport with 15 employees. She exceeded all our expectations with it being a small two gate airport. Thank you Amanda for making our trip so easy.

To drop off, drive to the airport terminal entrance and enter the lot opposite look for white booth and a barrier, take ticket and park in any space. Take note of mileage, lock car and take keys and ticket and go in left most sliding doors and Avis desk is on the left. Very friendly, helpful staff I wouldn't hesitate to drop off my Avis rental here again.

Just started renting from Avis at Latrobe Airport. Great people. Very nice comfortable car- perfect for business and leisure travel. Back again soon!

I don't know why this review site pre-filled the name of my late father for this review. I'm Barbara, not Alfred. Whatever, I had an excellent experience renting from the Avis office at Arnold Palmer Airport. This is the first time I've rented a car in 10 years but Avis is still the best.

Avis in Latrobe has always been good to me. I've been traveling regularly in and out of LBE on Spirit Airlines for almost 7 years and they have never missed a beat. Cars are always well maintained and when knowing that I was traveling alone during the bad winter months, they always acknowledged and took care of making sure that I was in a good, reliable car that would run well in snow. They also always were sure to reach out if my flight was arriving after they closed to assure me that security would have my keys for me. We visit Johnstown PA quite often as it and will always be our home. Even when driving into town, we always get a rental since we need to go separate ways sometimes. Because of how avis at LBE has treated us, we'd rather drive 40 minutes in order to pick up a car rather than renting local to Johnstown. Thanks Avis, you guys are the best.

Great price, great discounts for returning customer, great customer service! First car rented seemed a little concerning to take on a 2 week trip! My agent replaced it immediately knowing I was traveling a far distance!

Last year, I had a very good experience using Enterprise. This year, Avis gave me a better price. The car was good; the lady at the service service desk was nice; the price was better; so it was all good :)

Avis at Philadelphia Airport ... keeping Christmas decorations and Christmas Spirit... the best location in USA

Well we rent car alot for small weekend trips and we use to use enterprise bc they were cheaper but it is worth the extra cash for a cleaner vehicle and the staff is so nice and helpful

Pick up and drop off was very easy. Staff was friendly. Only issue we had was car chargers stopped working.

The young man at Latrobe waited for us because our plane was postponed. I called him. He promised he wouldnt before we got there. We were 20 min late (closing)
