this was our first visit to this facility. All of our needs were met with friendly professional staff and in a timely manner. The nurse was polite. We travel an hour for Dr. Dugan. She's thorough and actually listens to you. Highly recommend.

Great doctor! Great nurses! They actually care about your well-being, not just their pay check. Will actually get to the bottom of your problems and help you solve them to their best abilities. Loving people.

My name is Christina Lear. I had an appointment today with Megan and she was a wonderful dr. She took her time and listened to all my concerns and did the tests I needed. It so hard to find a good dr anymore. She was very helpful and I would recommend this office to anyone and will. Thank you

When I has dr Laura years ago I was happy to have such a caring Dr. When dr douglas came on board I didn't think I'd be lucky enough to have a real conversation with such a lovely caring individual as Jennifer douglas. We seemed to be on the same page from the start and if there were changes in my life, we discussed everything. Now there is Kerri George....when I got weighed and was surprised to see I lost almost 15 pds I expected to see a reaction,
Nothing was said, as if she had not even studied my charts. Questions were asked and then i knew she did not look at my file.. We discussed my meds and actually had words over a medication she was going to have me discontinue...I am 71, am very active, doing well and hopefully the new permanent dr at Excela health, Delmont will take a kinder and more hands on approach with their patients.

This was an excellent care facility a year or so ago. I can not review Dr. Douglas herself, however her assistant Keri is very unprofessional. I used her previous assistant Megan Reed, who absolutely was the best and I was expecting Keri to be the same. When you call to talk to a medical professional because you are having issues with a medication that she put you on, and ask for a call back when it is convenient, then to be told she is TOO BUSY to take 5 minutes to talk to you, is horrible. I was then referred to a place that refers you to a specialist by the nurse. So now, I still deal with the issue I was calling about. I had to wait on the first place to give me contact info for the second place. Then I have to contact them and wait on an appointment. In the meantime, I am still having issues that are interfering with my daily life. I am a teacher. If I told a parent I was too busy to listen to their concerns I would be in big trouble!

I have been trying to schedule an appointment and have gotten the recording and have followed the instructions as to leaving a message 4 days in a row and have not received a phone call back.

I usually am seen at Saltsburg Excella health, I was not able to get in for the week. I had previously been seen at the Delmont Excella health. I called to see if I could get in at their office. At first she told me that she had a few openings then put me on hold. When she returned to the line they couldn't see me because I am current patient at Saltsburg. What is the difference....it is the same company. It was ok when I switched from Saltsburg to Delmont a few years ago. I was following my regular PCP who went from saltsburg to delmont then back to saltsburg. I couldn't believe it when she said they can't see me. The patient info is viewed on the computer so they could see all my records. I have been with this group for over 40 years.

The worst experience ever!! I scheduled an appointment for online & I was told I would receive a link 20 minutes before my appt time, which didn't happen. I received the link ten minutes AFTER my appt time & then the doctor never showed up. I waited over an hour. Then the lab claimed my urine sample wasn't labeled with my name & DOB and it was. Incompetent staff! Don't waste your time dealing with this office.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment here for several months. Twice I have had my appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours advance notice. Do not recommend.

2nd time getting appointment rescheduled on day of appointment for the same visit. I'll go elsewhere thank you.
