The people in Pro Services are second to none. Tom, Jamie, Amanda, and the delivery truck driver, Damian, made me feel like I was their ONLY customer. They gave me such legendary service that it gave me hope in my life's quest to actually finding the Bigfoot of "great customer service". When they said they would call me back, they did - MULTIPLE times. I truly felt like me getting what I needed affected them personally as opposed to ANYONE at ANY Home Depot in the country! Whatever Lowe's of Mansfield (Store #2893) is paying these 4, it's not enough. They're gold. The people at Lowe's Corporate, in Mooresville, NC, really needs to, at the very least, recognize these people by putting some extra cash in their pockets.

This is my go to place for home improvement items. Most of the time they have what I need.

Wow! I never knew a Lowe's could be like this. I'd say that all of there stores should be like this, but I don't think that would be srtting a fair standard for all of the other already decent Lowe's stores. This place was the cleanest! The concrete looked and felt new when walking on it. Literally every single employee that I passed by said hello, called me sir, asked how I was doing, and then asked how they could help me. It reminded me of the customer service we used to get in the 80's and 90's. I'm extremely impressed. Thank you to the staff there, and keep up the great work!

The staff here is always very helpful. I was in there yesterday picking up lumber for building a platform for picnic table over at our campground. I almost got the wrong lumber until I asked if the lumber I got was pressure treated or not. The staff member was very helpful and help me swap out the lumber for the correct lumber that I needed. They were also very helpful with loading my lumber into my trailer and provided red flags for my longer lumber pieces.

Ordered a deep freezer for delivery. The estimated time for it's arrival was the next day between 8 and noon. It arrived at 8:20. Very prompt and the guys took the packaging with them. A+ service!

This location is very clean and well maintained. The staff has always been courteous and very helpful. I almost always find what I need for my home repairs. Everything that I have gone there to buy they have had in stock.

Nice clean store. Just like all Lowe's though, it's a bit more difficult to locate things than Home Depot. If you like Lowe's you will have no qualms about this one 👍

Small town store. Very friendly staff you can’t really get through the store without someone asking if you need a hand. There’s sales a lot of the time.
If something gets messed up with an order or delivery they will do what they can to fix the issue. The manager Trevor C is such a beautiful man.

I love the LOWES in our small town. It’s a family friendly place, staff are amazing and always willing or asking if you need help with anything, they all are so eager to do their jobs honestly, it’s a very lovely drive through the country side which for me is a pleasant time! Again another place your able to get many of the things one might need in one trip, they do delivery, curbside pick up, etc, they also have a roofing team at our outlet who will roof your home and have all the proper materials available from start so less hassle and wait times. Not sure if that is a thing anywhere else. A lovely outlet that my husband and I both can enjoy going too!

One of the best Lowes around. We have visited 3 different Lowes in the last month due to availability of an item that we needed allot of. As far as cleanliness and customer service this one is at the top. We were asked if we needed assistance in every other aisle and they all had a smile on their face. Great. A+

Always friendly, always cheerful, always helpful. They sent THREE people to help me load 50 bags of did pellets into my trailer this time!
