Outstanding service! Went to buy light bulbs for my truck. It ended up being an issue with the wiring harness. The 2 men behind the counter asked to look at it.we took the cover off and took the headlight unit out...when the 1 guy wiggled the harness,the headlight came on...high AND low beam are working...very happy 😁

Here I am at a motel room in Pennsylvania stranded because the cold killed my battery and I order a jump starter over the phone. I have no commercial account so really they shouldn’t even deliver to me. I don’t have my winter clothes with me so I can’t walk to pick up my jump starter because the real feel is 10 degrees. Oh and did I mention I live in Mississippi so I’m over 1,000 miles from home? Not only did the employees promptly find exactly what I needed, but one employee took time from his day BEFORE clocking in to personally bring me the jump starter which will now allow me to make it to work tomorrow morning. Wonderful customer service both on and off the clock. Thank you all very much. It’s greatly appreciated.

at the time i walked into this store there were 3 gentlemen working and no other customers in the sstore. ALL THREE helped me get the items i needed AND carried my purchases to my car! If i lived closer, i would buy all my cars needs here!

I was traveling and my battery quit charging in the town just south of Mansfield, I called the store and one of the clerks brought a battery to me on his way home. When he realized that I know very little about cars he offered to follow me back to the store so they could test the alternator. ( he was already clocked out ) when we got to the store he helped me remove the alternator and had it tested. Then he stuck around and helped me put the new one in. My experience was outstanding and the entire staff helped get me back on the road and I learned a little about car repairs. Thank you so much for your help.

I go here a lot the staff remembers me and they are always nice and willing to help anyway they can.

Today my car died on in the middle of a 5 hour drive home. Luckily I was able to make it to this Auto Zone. The gentleman that greeted me at the counter, Johnathan Miller, was so friendly and helpful! Based on my description of what happened he diagnosed my issue before even getting to my vehicle. He walked out with me to check it out and he was absolutely correct in his diagnosis of it being my serpentine belt. He helped replace the belt and then also helped jump my battery and get me back on the road. On a day that could have been disastrous he was so helpful!!!! I cannot say enough about his efforts and the service I received at this location!!! Highly recommended!!!!

My son and I were on our way to Buffalo and 2.5 hours from home AND from Buffalo and had no idea what to do when my car wouldn’t start. We went to AutoZone on Main Street in Mansfield. Everyone was very helpful, but I can’t say enough good things about Tony. He was so kind went out of his way to do everything he could to get the issue fixed and us on our way.

What great customer service! Called from the highway after my headlightight went out, they helped me put it on... Just before the rain and dark hit. So nice and knowledgeable!

Always has what I want call for it and on the counter when I arrive. I special order pay for over phone and they call next day when it arrives. Go in and pick up saved gas and time. Love it
