Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a 2014 Town and Country about 3 weeks ago. Despite advertising it as wholesale pricing, the van was well over the NADA value for that year van with that mileage. I pointed out the rusted quarters and the year/mileage being something that concerned me and asked them to work with me on the price. We were able to get the price down to at least current retail price and i was assured that the van had went through their service department and Rob assured me they had done "a bunch of work on it". I asked three times to see the list of what was done and was never presented with it. I trusted their word since i had purchased another vehicle in the past and had a good experience.

A week after driving off the lot on a trip to Butler with my girlfriend and 1 1/2 year old son the battery light comes on and the van dies. We were stuck on the side of the road in 80 + degree weather for 3 hours. I paid a $232 tow to get it back to the area so i could diagnose what was going on. After diagnosing it was determined the alternator was bad, it had killed the battery, and the terminals were extremely corroded. So now I've got about $500 worth of repairs into a van that i've only driven 3 times after only owning 3 weeks.

I emailed my salesman, Rob, asking if there was anything Acrivelli could do to help. I wasn't expecting them to reimburse me (since they make it very clear both during signing and throughout the whole negotiation process but was hoping i could at least get some assistance with installing the new alternator i had to order. I didn't receive a single response after 5 days. I'm in the repair industry myself and am absolutely disgusted that this is how they decide to treat their customers. This isn't some sleazy buy here/pay here company. This is one of the largest dealers in our area selling auction vehicles at retail prices that have no warranty and will completely ghost you when you ask for a small amount of assistance with a vehicle purchase done a couple weeks prior. Buy here/pay here lots have better policies than that. I caution anyone from buying from the last stop lot and I know I personally will never purchase another vehicle from any Acrivelli lot.

EDIT: The Sales Manager, Tony, got ahold of me and explained that my original email to the salesman went to his spam folder which wasn't checked. He is reimbursing me for the tow which made me feel more secure in my purchase. I've updated my review to reflect him reaching out.
