Bear's has been our family furniture store for many years. Quality products and quality service. They never let us down. Wendy did a great job answering all our questions. And greeted us as soon as we walked in. Made the shopping experience very easy and enjoyable. All there staff is very helpful.

Zane took very good care of us in helping us choose our new mattress, base, protector, and pillows. He was very professional and knowledgeable on what kind of products would help us achieve a good nights sleep! This was our first experience at Bears and I’ll tell you it will not be our last! You will have a great team looking after you while you search for the right furniture for you! Thanks Zane and the bears furniture team!

Angie is great! She helped me purchase a couch and loveseat in 2022. She helped me purchase a coffee table and end tables in 2023. I'm now in the market for a good lift chair and I went straight to see Angie! She's very personable, professional, and really knows their brands inside and out. Angie will remain my "go to" girl.

Great customer service! Saleswoman Wendy Biggs was great and knowledgeable of the product we needed. She took the time to help us find the mattress that worked for us and was great with our kids! Would definitely go to Bears again for any furniture needs. We have always been pleased with the service and product from Bear’s Furniture and Mattresses!

I was able to shop in both the Franklin, PA and Greenville, PA locations. Both stores are beautiful, organized nicely and very clean. Staff never swarmed you the second you walked in the door. We were given space to breathe and then ask questions. Wendy from the Franklin store suggested pieces to compliment my new reclining sofa and loveseat, never pressuring a sale. I am so pleased with my new living room set up, my new dining room table set and new adjustable bed and mattress. I still need a few more pieces for the bedroom and will be back. Thank you Bears!!

Have nothing but good things to say about Bears Furniture in Franklin. I dealt with Angie Fetty. She was so patient and helpful in guiding me to find the perfect living room furniture set . She educated me on how to pick quality pieces. I got a great deal with interest free financing. Due to a bit of supply chain issues and delay in a few of the pieces getting shipped , they delivered what they had received and and brought the rest a week later. Highly recommend.!

Zane and Angie helped me order in a great sectional. Zane was very helpful and knowledgeable about all their products and services! Buying furniture here is almost as relaxing as the furniture they sell.

Angie met us at the door when we got there. We explained what we wanted and she took us right to it. I tried it out and it was exactly what we wanted. We paid for it, and the store personnel prepped it and loaded it in our vehicle for us. Very impressed and pleased with the service we received.
