We were very happy with the whole process. From the help we received picking carpet out to the installation. The 2 young men who installed the carpet were very professional. They worked efficiently to get the job done. And did a beautiful job of laying the carpet. Looks flawless.

I highly recommend Lynn and the team at B & M floors. They did a beautiful job on my entire restaurant Bella Cucina. A year ago they carpeted and did new flooring in the front of the restaurant. Yesterday I had them complete our private backroom. They did the job quickly and beautifully. Lynn was so easy to work with and so helpful. I Can not thank them enough for making my restaurant look so beautiful.

Here's our story. In April, 2014 we picked out laminate flooring for the dining room, living room and hallway, plus vinyl flooring for the kitchen and then different vinyl flooring for two bathrooms and carpeting for 3 bedrooms. We also needed new underlayment under the laminate and vinyl floors. B&M came when they said they would and they did a great job in four days. We spent about $8500.00.

We did not do the master bath at that time and held onto the small piece of vinyl flooring to finish that job. At one point a few years after we had the installation done we phoned about an small issue with our laminate flooring and they seemed reluctant to talk to us. It is now June, 2018 and we've tried for almost 4 weeks to set up an appointment to have them lay this small bathroom floor, with no luck. Hence the 3 star rating. We've found another contractor in one hour to do this small job who will come in a week. Sadly, we won't be buying the flooring for our basement or for our roofed deck from B&M Floors in the future, like we had planned to do. They pride themselves on customer service but we definitely feel it was, after all, just lip service.

Sales guys was a fill in. Extremely nice. We went in on a Friday , I guess it was the owner that wasn’t in , was told she would call us Monday . Well it’s be almost a month now, and no call. They must not need the business. Don’t waste your time going. Oh well my money spend everywhere. Not a good way to run a business in a small town .

If I could give 0 stars I would. Owners mean old lady treats you like dirt. The workers are lazy and don't no anything about flooring

Horrible people to work with. The owner is rude and un professional. Always acts like they are too busy to give you pricing. I would not recommend this company!
