Creekside Granite

We walked into Creekside Granite and we were treated like family. During the whole process Sarah, Jessica and Justin made it painless and enjoyable. From the time we first walked through the doors, until the final installation, which took less than 2 weeks. Everyone we met or talked to was courteous, attentive, helpful and understanding. We will definitely be telling our friends and family about Creekside Granite.

Creekside Granite is the GREATEST! We purchased kitchen counters, backsplash, an under mount sink, and faucet. They made the whole process so simple and stress free. This was 3 years ago, and I’m still just as happy with our kitchen, as I was the day it was finished. Perfection!!!!
The other day we brought in groceries, and set them on the bar per usual. As I was unpacking everything, I lifted a glass jar of pasta sauce from one of the bags, it slipped from my hands, and smashed onto the edge of the bar, hitting it just right, and breaking the stone right along the edge. About a full inch cracked, gone, and it was extremely noticeable. I was devastated!! My husband came in from the other room, and I was literally crying. (1st world problems I know, but we work hard for the things we have!!) Can it even be repaired? I left Creekside Granite a message, and Jessica IMMEDIATELY called me back. She says they will fix it right up, and she’ll send someone out in the morning. No charge! Free! It has been 3 years, and they still treated us like we were the most important customers! We weren’t put on the back burner, and they will get to us when they get to us. No, they came early the very next morning! They did more than repair the cracked edge, they repaired the tiny chip around the sink, and where the salt shaker fell out and nicked it, any imperfections, All of it, fixed and back to brand new counters. It’s as if it never happened!! (Which, I remember Jessica’s warnings about that particular stone (marble) not being as durable, so she does warn you, and is extremely knowledgeable about their stone)
Creekside Granite stands by their customers, and won’t just forget about you. They will go above and beyond, and I’m so thankful we chose them. We’d highly recommend!!

I was looking for a custom solid bench and curb for in my shower and I came across Creekside Granite on Google. I called to set up an appointment for the next day to look at stone selections. Jess let us know which type of stone was the best in a shower and we picked a slab of granite of our choice. By the next day the stone was cut, polished, and delivered to the room in my home. I couldn’t be more happy. I already have several more things in the future I will be using them for and would recommend anyone to them as well.

I can’t thank Jess, Justin, and the crew at Creekside Granite enough for the tremendous job on my kitchen. Our house flooded so we were totally overwhelmed by renovations but the patients and attention to detail from Creekside Granite made the process so much less stressful. Excellent customer service from start to finish with beautiful results!

The pictures show the tightly fitted joints of the backsplashes. The countertop fits my irregularly shaped walls with no gaps at all, and the drop in sink (that I'm putting in) fits perfectly in the cutout. Everything they did, they did exactly right.
