My 1st project ever! They helped me with everything it took a few days and a few trips back but they gave me 5 star help and went above and made all the wood cuts and everything. I painted and put together at home of course but they helped my vision come to life. My son is going to have the coolest 2nd birthday gift thanks to all there help and ideas!!

Easily accessible and 95% of the time they have what you are seeking. Their employees are quite knowledgeable and willing to assist you. They are all pleasant and somewhat eager to assist you. If you should get someone unsure of what you seek, like maybe a new employee, they ask other employees to also assist also. Great place to shop!

I think you know what to expect from a Home Depot. It’s a medium-sized place, good selection, staff has always been polite and been able to help me find that which I sought.

Went to the oil city home depot on friday 2-25-2022 had a really good experience they had 9 of the 10 cabinets that i needed and i ordered the 10th, Danielle, Vicky and Billy were extremely helpful! However on returning home one of the cabinets was damaged so i returned it no problem till i went to purchase the last one they had in stock and it was damaged, they did offer $50 off but was not able to give me the 10% discount that i had got the day before for ordering 10 cabinets. The lady in customer service was fairly rude about it.

Home Depot is a favorite of mine and my husband's. All workers are always friendly and knowledgeable if we have any questions. The store is very well laid out. We never have any issues! Oh! And they finally got their parking lot repaved! Its awesome!!

In my opinion there's no single retail location more useful to the city of Franklin and the City of Oil City then this Home Depot. One could argue that the Walmart holds more value to the community than the Home Depot but I would like to cite that the big money employers are relying on Home Depot so they can pay their employees so they can in turn feed their families... And besides I don't think I've ever run into a angry rude or disrespectful Home Depot employee unfortunately I cannot say the same for the Walmart..
