Evergreen Arbors Apt 609

I am so thankful to the staff at Evergreen Arbors! I was homeless before I got accepted at the Arbors and Karen and her bosses did everything they could as quickly as they could to get me into a apartment! They are so professional and kind! I couldn't thank them more!

Now on to the maintenance staff! My goodness! Those three men! Mark, Shane and Tyler! You guys are just remarkable! You all have helped me so much and I am so grateful to all three of you amazing men! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤

I watch all of the staff at the Evergreen Arbors each and every day work hard for each of us and I'm amazed! People don't realize how much they truly do care and take the time to help us and take care of our homes! I'm honored to live among these great people that work here and I will always recommend people to move here! They take care of their people!

It's very pretty property nestled back in the woods. The management and maintenance have been working hard on making the property nice and safe. Like any income based housing you may have some issues but they work hard to resolve them and handle any issues.

I have lived at the Arbors for almost 5 years and I am so happy I can honestly say that I never had a single bad experience. Katie and Samantha are always helpful and are always coming up with fun community activities. The kids have a basketball court and two playgrounds to choose from!! The groundsmen keep the arbors squeaky clean and are always helpful and kind. I've enjoyed getting to know everyone over the past years. The apartment buildings have all been remodeled, inside and out! The apartments are now equipped with AC and have all new kitchen appliances! I'm so excited to move on to the next chapter in my life but it is definitely bittersweet as I will miss my apartment and all the friends I got to make along the way. A big thanks to everyone at the arbors!! You will all be missed!!

I have lived in the Evergreen Arbors for almost 20 years. The property is very well maintained and the men that do it do amazing job keeping up with it. The management is amazing at handling any issues that you may have and are very kind to deal with. Just like any other place you live it is what you make it. If you follow the lease and rules it is a wonderful community. The people that run it do a great job keeping our community safe. There newly done playgrounds for the younger children to play on and a basketball court also. The Apts now have amazing AC units. They also have been redone on the outside. I know from living here over the years that the rep the Arbors hasn't always been a good one but I can say that now with all the new changes it has becomes a wonderful place to live. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Did grate job putting bar in tub an tend to keep up on everything

I have lived here for over a year and cannot say enough good things about it. The property managers are kind and fair and the maintenance staff addresses issues right away. As a resident, I feel safe and I love waking up to the sounds of cardinals and peepers.

Very friendly very pleasant people to be around. Nice country scenery wide variety of wildlife to enjoy

Office and maintenance is wonderful have any problems they're right here never had to wait enjoy the friendliness of the office staff and maintenance.

My personal opinion considering this was my first apartment it was awesome I had no idea what I was supposed to do or say once I moved in i loved it Management is awesome with working with you and making sure everyone is on the same page super nice people! The apartments are cozy 10/10 recommend

The apartments are beautiful. parking availability and a peaceful neighborhood. The place is quiet and the environment is always clean..any problem you have the office see that the problem is fixed immediately

Nestled in the middle of a beautiful patch of woods you’ll find the evergreen arbors. The arbors used to have its fair share of problems. Criminal activity was definitely a big concern. I imagine it was just easier to turn a blind eye to it and continue subsisting because that’s what everyone’s attitude seemed to be toward the issues. That being said, the arbors of today shares little to no resemblance to the arbors of yesteryear (Except those woods). Why is this? I believe it is directly due to the high level of care that management/maintenance shows for the tenants and the property itself. I feel safe in my unit, i feel safe on the grounds, and I feel validated when speaking to management. This is a place that has put in the hard work necessary to shift from dusty old coal, to a shiny diamond that has the foundation to shine for a while to come.

I grew up in the evergreen arbors!! Its all in what YOU make it! You can make the inside of your unit up real nice & cozy and not associate with neighbors.. I got my own apartment as an adult there as well! Had 2 small kids at the time. Wasn't a bad, shity, run down, infested with anything ( unlike one i saw that hada5 star has)! Lol ;) after living there with my 2 kids and husband for a couple of years we were fortunate enough that my sick w cancer at the time father in law bought us a house to live in and so our kids didn't have to be stuck growing up in low income housing. We know we we blessed and most get stuck in low income housing and there's nothing wrong with that! Where you live doesn't make who YOU are! Life living in the arbors or any low income housing ITS ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU MAKE IT!

I have lived here for a few years and can honestly say that this complex has improved 100% thanks to the manager that has cleaned this place up tremendously. Renovations have been done, and is a very safe place to live.

The Arbors have come a long way since I was younger! The staff is doing their best to make this a better place and area to live in, and are always trying to do something special for the kids!

Yes I live here about 4 to 5 years, this place has grown on the better side of things, Katie and maintains crew are awesome, Samantha fits right in, come join are community

Always lots of events going on for all ages, especially the kids to keep them engaged. Friendly staff and residents. Beautiful scenery from the apartments

I think that the arbors are a great place to stay with you family, especially if your new to the area, its quite an the manager does all types of events an things for the kids, an will help you with resources if needed, there quick with repairs, we also have ac for those hot days best apartments ever, were like a huge family

Easiest place to move into, willing to work with accommodations, an great help with fixing damages in a quick nature.

Great place to live, very well kept, friendly neighbors, and safe for kids..

This is my home. I love it here with my cat. People leave me alone and I feel safe.
