I came in to investigate our families account and see if there was new options available for my grandmothers concern. I spoke and worked with Cody who was incredibly patient. He informed me that we were on an old account setup and gave me all the information to relay to her over the phone. I then called her and provided all the info of what we had, she had more questions and Cody did everything but take the phone and speak to her himself in answering her concerns. In the end she went from wanting to change our provider to paying off 2 phones, swapping us to an unlimited plan, decreasing our bill and upgrading our third phone to an s23+ with several accessories.

Keeping a 5 because the customer service was so good, but I was incredibly unhappy that Verizon forces a 40 dollar transfer fee from devices when they upgrade.

I’ve had some mixed experiences with this Verizon store over the years but Kate worked with me today to upgrade my phone and she was phenomenal. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. The process felt like it was done in no time at all. Truly great service.

The woman that helped me set up my phone was polite. I had my new phone set up in no time. She was awesome at her job.

Very kind and professional staff! Kate was phenomenal - she made a not so fun experience of having to visit a cell phone store into a very enjoyable experience. She explained things very well and was an absolute joy. Nova and Lacy also helped us and were just as great!

My husband and I purchased 2 new phones from Kate. Her service was excellent. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. She stayed late and finished our sale. It was overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Kate as a salesperson to anyone.

What a great experience. Didn't expect the service and advice that I had. Didn't walk out with a product that was not what I truly wanted. I went to Russell Cellular to upgrade my phone and I am very pleased with the outstanding service. Courtney was very knowledgeable and courteous. When I got there I expected this to be a long process. Not at all. I was in and out very quickly. I would highly recommend this establishment. All staff were friendly and willing to help. I am so happy they are in our area.

While the store does a good job and I give them an 8/10 for service and availability as well as technical knowledge, Mike Shoemaker is the reason I am there. True concierge service and a great working knowledge of their products.

Chris Scott @ Russell Cellular set me up with a Pixel 6 cell phone. He took the time to transfer all my information from my old phone to my new phone. He is an excellent example of a professional representative who takes pride in what he does and makes sure he meets the customer's satisfaction. Chris answered all my questions and took the time we needed without being pushy. I would highly recommend Chris Scott for any of your cell phone needs.

Had a terrific experience at this location. All the employees were eager to help and very informed on all the deals and promotions. Really seemed like they wanted to make sure I was satisfied more than they wanted to make money off of me. AT&T cannot say the same about the way they treat their customers. Made my decisions to change wireless providers much easier. Best experience I've had dealing with a cellular provider, ever. Extremely satisfying, overall.

Experience in the store was great, to the point that he convinced me to stay with Verizon, specially because I was considering to go the the competition for the reason that after being with verizon for more then a decade with 3 lines and here I am buying 2x s20 ultra G5's and I still have to pay connection fee. So with this being said!!! He did a awesome 👌 job.

Lance was more than helpful. His coworker i believe her name was Maria was so nice and helped entertain my daughter. They honestly just want to help. It was a great experience working with the company.

Today I made a brave (in my opinion) decision to switch from Apple IPhone to the Samsung Z3 Fold. Chris was a great help to me. He took care of all my needs and worries. Even while we were waiting on downloads or on a call hold, he managed to help multiple others who had enter the store after myself.

Dre was fabulous. The store became quite busy while I was there. Dre Acknowledged everyone and was able to work magic with all customers in the building. He is exceptional at multitasking and very thorough while doing so. It was a great experience. Thank you Dre

Mike was very pleasant and helpful getting the new phone added with an existing phone number from another carrier. I was worried that it might be a hassle and he made it seem simple. If all of Verizons employees were like Mike you would be the only cell phone carrier.
