As the maintenance supervisor for a real estate company, i depend on quality people for the satisfaction of our tenants. Jim does an excellent job with any and all HVAC and plumbing jobs that we have. He is the first call i make, day or night, in an emergency and for our day to day maintenance and service. Our oil furnace broke beyond repair in the middle of February with negative degree temperatures and a baby and senior at home. With labor and parts shortages from the pandemic, we were so relieved to find Jim who graciously moved his schedule around to install a new furnace as quickly as he could, even offering parts from his own furnace to get our heat up and running until our parts came in. Jim patiently worked with us as we explored alternative heat sources (we eventually went with propane, with the option of a heat pump in the future) and was fair and thorough with his work. When I smelled gas on a Saturday morning after the install, he went above and beyond and drove 40 minutes to check it out and make the fix. Looking forward to working with Jim again for our heat pump!

Very kind, and made sure that he didn’t leave before he knew there wasn’t gonna be any more problems. He helped us multiple times and made sure we were taken care of. He came out at 8:30 at night to make sure we would be ok for the night when we didn’t have heat and our furnace went out. He put stuff aside to help us install and get a whole new furnace.
