Any and every time I visit and shop there . The store is always clean . Smells wonderful. Customer service A +, always friendly and very helpful. Love this place ! Many wonderful products

Love this store! They had so many cute new wallflowers, plus a bunch of really yummy scents, of course. The highlight though was the 2 employees I met. The gentleman helped me find exactly what I was looking for (and I can be high maintenance!) and both he and the lady that was also working were just lovely to chat with.

I had a really weird day and left there in much better spirits and with a bag of new scents and wall plugs. Definitely coming back to this store next time I need something from B&BW!

Love these products. Lower prices would really be great. Your market will explode with orders from middle class people, like me. Place ads in fine & great home-cooked recipe magazines for many new customers/clients. A great app would do awesome with this.

My experience was wonderful! I went in not too long ago, there were two employees I saw, I didn't catch the one girls name, but the one girls name was Anna! She was super sweet, and fast on the register. I was having trouble picking a perfume to get and she reccomended me a peachy one which was perfect!! The other girl had blondish or brown hair, and was also super sweet. I had dropped a $10 on accident and she returned it to me before I even noticed, which I'm extremely grateful for! I had a blast going in and sampling the perfumes and the staff made it even better, thank you ladies! Keep up the great work 💗

Love to go there always smells so good

I had expired coupons and they took them. Not all of them, but at least were very fair and kind about it. They have very nice products! Great staff which is hard in a dying mall. Thanks for hanging tough Cranberry Bath and Body works.

I always love walking into Bath & Body Works. It smells so good and their employees are so friendly and willing to help. I also love their line of room sprays to help you relax. I have insomnia and when I use the pillow mist I am able to relax enough to fall asleep.

While I am a huge Bath and Body Works fan, the Cranberry Mall store is one of my favorites. The people that work here are always so nice to me and very helpful when I'm looking for new fragrances!
