Our experience at Mattress Firm was was so great. Dulce, our sales expert was AMAZING!! She made sure to show us everything we were interested in and was so patient with us as we tested out the mattresses. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great store, lots of options! Traci was very friendly and informative. I had an idea of what I was looking for and with Traci's help I was in an out in about 10 minutes. This includes trying the mattress and pillow I wanted, applying for financing and setting up delivery. The process was easy and painless. Will definitely be back!

My mom and I were in the store today and John was our associate. John was so helpful and knowledgeable, all our questions were answered and we told him what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction. He had very insightful suggestions. John was absolutely friendly and professional.

Our sales person, Anthony, was a wealth of knowledge and easy to talk to. Most sales people try to push a bunch of extra stuff that you wouldn’t necessarily be comfortable with. But Anthony allows you to take your time, listens to your needs and problems and recommends the optimal selection of products for the best sleeping experience.

Anthony and Dulce were two of the nicest, most attentive, and most knowledgeable salespeople we have had the privilege of dealing with. They are most definitely irreplaceable assets to your firm. Congratulations for having such fine staff and products!

I love the different selections available in mattresses, chose a Nector and had it delivered the next day. Anthony was amazing at helping me find the perfect mattress, I highly recommend him!

Dulce was very nice. She had to split her time between another customer and my wife and I She was able to do this so everyone was taken care of at the same time. Very helpful and personable.

I greeted by the sales lady with a nice smile. she introduced herself as Dulce. She show us the beds requested to see first based on my online search and afterwards she showed us beds that was on sale and great for my back pain issues. She took a lot of time and show us upscale and then based on our budget. While my husband made us all laugh and entertained us with jokes. Dulce remained professional at all times. As a result of her personality we bought three mattress as a suppose to one. My husband joked you two shook me for three as oppose to one. 😂Thank you, Matrressfirm Dulce helped us tremendously.

Anthony our sales representative was very kind and personable. He took good care of us. Definitely would recommend going to him if you’re looking to get a new mattress.

We went in today to deal with a warranty claim. Anthony was the Sleep Expert there. We weren’t the only customers but he was the only expert and he did a fantastic job taking care of us and everyone else! He was upbeat and really knowledgeable! We don’t need another mattress now but I can promise we’ll go back to him when we do!

I was nervous about going into the store to look for a bed cause I’ve never done it before and I’m self conscious, but from the moment I walked in the whole experience was comfortable, pleasant and informative. Anthony, was so very enthusiastic, bubbly, kind and caring as well as super knowledgeable. A true asset to this store!
