Went in on the day before thanksgiving for a return and new purchase. The manager Rich greeted me very kindly while I was shopping and helped me with a complicated return of two items from separate receipts, which ended up requiring two registers. The entire time he showed the upmost patience and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I would gladly shop at this location again!

My experience with Jonathan in the golf section of the Stroudsburg location was absolutely perfect. He helped learn how to keep my eyes on the golf ball and taught me how to make solid contact. Jonathan was very friendly and wasnt afraid to answer any questions that I might have had and he needs a promotion in my opinion because of how much knowledge he has about the sport of golf.

Went there to get a PA hunting and fishing license awesome workers there especially Ethan who worked up front. Being in the service and having an out of state ID and currently working in PA can be confusing for some business to understand how to charge people but Ethan got the job done. Would 100% recommend this store to any armed forces personnel.

They have an amazing staff, a great team of employees --sales people as well as cashiers. They are professional, very helpful, and most importantly, very friendly! As soon as I walked through the door, someone asked me if I need help finding anything. I knew what I wanted, and he showed me where it was. I was in and out within 5 minutes! The cashier even went to get a wagen for me when she noticed I was struggling with this bulky item.

As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by a sales associate who asked me if I needed any help. I took him up on his offer, I was trying to locate a cup for my son. Obviously never having to purchase one for I was lost. He quickly found somebody to help me who is knowledgeable and friendly. He was discreet so to not embarrass my son. Planning a fishing trip. Mike R helped us out tremendously. We went in without any idea on what we needed and he helped us get everything we needed. From the rods to the hooks and pliers, everything. He made it nice and easy. Thanks. Now if only catching a fish will be that easy.

Could use more boxing/fighting gear but otherwise excellent

We went into the store looking for fitness equipment and met Adam. He told us what we needed to know and took the time to show us the differences in the equipment and how one might fit what we needed better than the other. We'll go back to that store. Adam is a great asset to them. Thank you Adam!

Awesome! We got there 15 min before closing, and family were going away on a very important camp the very next day. We were still in the store 10 min. After closing and the store e employees kept the register open till we were done. Thank you!!! This was very important to us!

Great store. Well kept, organized, friendly staff. Plenty of clothing options, camping and sporting gear. Could use more fly fishing stuff at this location. Good prices and sales. Great parking available too. Close to other good shopping venues.

Computer was working slow. Chad was very helpful, as was the gun dept area supervisor, Denny. Knowledgeable, courteous and kind.. The best kind of employees to have put customer service FIRST and they both did..

We went in to buy a kayak, and the guy in that section was so helpful! (I'm awful with names, but I think it was Curtis?) He was very knowledgeable about the products, and able to answer all of our questions.
