Truly satisfied with their service. Fran was excellent, from the initial phone contact to the in person experience. Fran was clear, efficient and very professional. The store was clean and a friendly atmosphere. Such a great experience shopping in the store. Look forward to additional services I may need in future. Highly recommend this Tmobile store.

Went in today for phone upgrades. Fran assisted us and got us the best bang for our buck!!!!

Fran was very helpful we went in yesterday and switched over from Verizon to T-Mobile.
And all of them in there were very very friendly and very helpful.
And they were very efficient and answered all of our questions.

I when to purchase the T-Mobile phone first I was worrying should I shouldn’t but after speaking to Felix, he explained everything to me. It was a great experience. He’s fixed up my phone. He downloaded my apps he was really a great.sales representatives. He is located across from t.j max at 611.

The sales reps treated me like they had known me for years. Their knowledge of each phone and service was terrific. Their help with all the new promotions and what would work best for me was truly honest and easy to understand. I would and have bragged about them to my friends and family. I have trusted them with my son needs as he deployed over sees with the National Guard. They have been one phone call a way from anything we have needed. Won’t go any where else!!!

Fran is absolutely AMAZING!! She helped out so much and remembered me from when she first set up an account for my family!! Absolutely an amazing person and helped with all my needs.

Came in to switch to Tmobile and get a 5G phone. Felix assisted me from start to finish. He did a great job. Didn't take long, got everything I needed, kept my old number, their cell service and speeds are awesome. I'm very happy with Tmobile!

Switched to T-Mobile from Verizon the staff at the store made it an enjoyable experience. All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the plans and products and what would best fit our needs!! Been dealing with T-Mobile corporate stores in Scranton for several years. Needed to upgrade my phone using their JUMP plan so this review pertains only to this store.

Major kudos to Jared who really took the time to get my situation taken care of fast and expertly and at the same time was both so knowledgeable and patient to explain my new phone's high tech awesomeness to a somewhat old school guy.

While I'm not 100 percent happy with T-Mobile agreement policies it is no reflection on this store.

I’ve been with Verizon for years but lately the service has gone downhill and all the local stores are too pushy and sell used phones as new. But here at T-Mobile by target Jared was awesome. I got new phones saved money and my service is actually better than my Verizon. I travel between NY and Tobyhanna with less dropped calls plus the discount for being an emergency first responder is amazing. Recommending all my friends and family to Jared.

Phil and Fran were amazing. I switched 7 lines over and saved money. They were professional wore masks for my safety and I saw them clean the counters after every customer while I was there. Great to see them take precautions to make me feel safe. Love my phones and service.

Luis was amazing. Not only was he thorough at explaining everything to me, he helped my mom (she isn't good with phones) with her switch to a new phone and gave her a tutorial on how to use it. I've been with T-Mobile forever and one of the main reasons I stay with them is their remarkable customer service.

We just got six lines at the Pocono Commons Store. The representatives Jared and Fran were absolutely awesome. I have rarely experienced such helpful and honest customer service representatives. It was a great experience. Congratulations T Mobile on having Fran and Jared on your team.

There are two T-mobile stores in my vicinity. The one in the Stroud Mall is a complete waste of time if you want to get anything done, OR get complete (and correct) information. This T-mobile -located also in Stroudsburg,-but in The Commons, is a wonderful store. It is manned by adults who know their stuff and can handle any issues or purchases with their thorough knowledge of both the store and the products. AND you don't wander the store in the queue. waiting for service while the rep is on the phone with a customer who called in to end up interrupting your time with your agent, which happens repeatedly in the Stroud Mall T-mobile store. The service in T-MOBILE THE COMMONS is really exemplary and when I leave the store, my purchase is complete and any issue I had is resolved. Thanks for coming to our rescue from the Stroud Mall T-Mobile, where the lines for service are second only to the apple store, except in the apple store you actually have people who care about the fact that you might be waiting to talk to someone.

The manager Fran and staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in explaining all of the options and features. We had an unusual situation and they went above & beyond to ensure a smooth transition. We appreciate all of their help and for making us feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend this store.

I got a new iPhone from T-Mobile under their AWESOME Trade in program. Jared at the T mobile store in Stroudsburg Pocono Commons helped me get my new iPhone up and running. He was super helpful. We also visited this store recently when we moved about six lines from ATT to TMobile. We had a great experience at that time too. This store has some great employees like Jared and Fran who make it an absolute pleasure to visit this store. TMobile congratulations on having Jared and Fran on your team.

The representative I spoke to was very helpful and polite. They fixed my screen protector and gave me some good advice on some questions about accessories for my new phone.
