Jeff Rupert in Sales is the best. He always says "Hi" when I come in for service visits, and he does a great job informing me about newer Chevrolet models, colors, and features that we might be interested in for the future. Troy Hall, who has commonly handled our service visit intakes, etc., is wonderful at his job! He is respectful and genuinely cares about the people who come for service of their vehicle. My 12/19/23 and 12/28/23 service visits to Blaise Alexander went well, with reasonable wait and service times and a comfortable waiting area with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, yogurt, fruit, and a fun old-fashioned popcorn machine for us.

Micheal is a great salesman. He answered all my questions. I didn't feel like I was just another sale, he really takes pride in his work and what the vehicle looks like before I get into it and drive off. Abbie is very polite and made it easy to set up an appointment to drive the vehicle. Both of these employees are exceptional to work with. I will definitely recommend them both.

We just purchased a truck from Blaise Alexander. We received a very warm welcoming at the dealership. Our salesperson was Mike School. We spoke on the phone several times before going in for a test drive. All my questions were answered. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was extremely helpful. Mike made.sure we knew all the things we need to bring in order.to make a purchase. The process was to purchase was very streamlined and easy. A great experience!! Very happy with the truck and overall experience.

Everyone at the service desk was very helpful and friendly. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would I was very happy with my service. They were able to get my car in for an inspection when I was only there for an oil change 👍🏼 10/10 will go again.

I purchased a Chevy Bolt EUV from Brian at Blaise Alexander back in April 2023. The vehicle qualified for the EV tax credit, but the IRS made sure there were several hoops to jump through to make the credit available to the buyer. The dealer needed to submit some information to the IRS by a certain date, but did not make clear how the dealer was meant to submit this information. The sales department, Brian, and manager Ryan, have been very helpful and patient with me as I have nagged them repeatedly about submitting this information (the original due date was January 15th, but with no indication of where to submit), and finally the IRS has some more useful instructions on how to submit this information on their website. So far, Blaise Alexander have not left me hanging, they have been responsive to my requests, and I am confident that the documents will be successfully submitted before the deadline. Thank you!

Charlie stahl is usually my go to guy but He was unavailable so he set me up with Tom Walters. Tom was great! He treated me like he had known me for years. He even came back after he was already home for the night to sell me my beautiful car. I would recommend Tom Walters to any of my friends or loved ones!

Excellent customer service! Body shop coordinated with the service garage to have my vehicle inspection and oil change done, delivered my vehicle both ways and kept in constant communication with me during the repairs. Very much appreciated the updates!

Our son previously had bought a truck with salesman Jeff Rupert and we looked for him again when we wanted to buy a new vehicle. After I had checked out several models and had made a selection, the paperwork was fairly painless. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Blaise Alexander Chevrolet and I live 2 hours away. That should pretty much tell you it’s worth the trip. Employees are friendly and always ask if you’re being helped.

We reached out online and were able to connect with Tyler. He processed most of our paperwork, and negotiated most our deal, virtualy, which freed up a lot of time once on prem. Everyone at the dealship was welcoming, talkative and polite.
